Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 19Overall, an enjoyable experience
All the staff at the hotel and the adjoining ski locker/store were very helpful and capable. The hotel facilities, while very well executed, very pretty basic for the price: one main lounge, an 8 seater business center, outdoor hot-tubs and pool without changing area or saunas/steamrooms. The hotel should review the maintenance and housekeeping. There were data or phone cables protruding in most hallways, a persistent unpleasant smell in our hallway, the mysterious juggling of the towels and bathrobes in the rooms, and shortcuts in upkeep of the bathrooms (the shower curtains). A bit nitpicky, but appropriate for the price point.

This hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff made us feel like royalty. We can't wait to visit Aspen and stay at the St. Regis again!

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 19Great hotel, great price
My girlfriend and I stayed at the St. Regis just before Thanksgiving. The ski resort wasn't open yet, so we got a great rate and the hotel was practically empty. All hotel employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean, and it was a very romantic place to stay. The 24 hour fitness center was also top notch, and free! We ate at the hotel's restaurant, Olives, and received impeccable service and the food was delicious (you have to order the S'Mores). The only negatives were parking (only valet, so we parked in a garage about .5 miles away), and on our second night a family stayed in the room next to us with very loud children (the hotel was probably 10% occupied so why did they have to be in the room next to us?). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the price was unbeatable, and we almost had the hotel to ourselves (we sat alone by the fire pit in the courtyard each night...very romantic).

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 19Great Hotel
St Regis is centrally located in Aspen. Although Aspen is a 4 block * 4 block town, the proximity of eating and other fun places to the hotel is great. I loved how they laid out bathrobe and slippers for me when I came back exhausted. They even have complimentary nick knacks and the service is impeccable. The rooms are cleaned twice everyday. So, that helps as well. A bit pricey, but its all worth it. I loved the hotel, the staff was great and I would totally vouch for St Regis on my next visit to Aspen.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 19Excellent Stay
This hotel is in the perfect location in Aspen, walking distance to everything in town. They let us choose between three rooms, mountain view, town view or courtyard view. Service is excellent! After staying in the Ritz Carlton in Denver the night before, I would say the only thing we did not like was the old finishes, it probably needs some upgrades. Other than that we had a wonderful stay with impecable service, would stay here again!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 19Wonderful Getaway
My husband and I were looking to get away for a long weekend, and we love Aspen in the offseason. This was our first visit to the St. Regis, although not our first visit to Aspen. Our overall review of the St. Regis was wonderful, but I have to say that for a 5-star hotel, they provide very cheap toilet paper.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 19Best hotel in town
An outstanding hotel property. Amazingly good staff - from the airport shuttle drivers to the front desk and everyone else we encountered at the hotel. Very "cozy" for a big hotel. They offer all sorts of little extras like free courtesy cars (Mercedes SLK, no less), drinking glasses full of chocolates (vs just one piece on your pillow at night). The only nitpicky thing we would mention is that we could not figure out how to get to the hot tub from our room on the right side of the hotel without marching through the lobby in a bathrobe. I should also mention that we were there for a wedding and the other guests were scattered around town. From what we saw, this is probably the best hotel in town unless you absolutely have to be able to ski in/out. Even with that, the lift is just two or three blocks away.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 19"Incredible Hotel, Superb Service"
The St. Regis in Aspen is a wonderful hotel. While the front desk was a little "stiff", overall the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location and walking distance to most shops and restaurants in town, the St. Regis has a fleet of Lexus SUVs ready to deliver you to your destination. They also give you a card so that you will have the number for the bell station when you are ready to return to the comforts of this beautiful hotel. We didn't have time to enjoy the Spa--I did take a quick tour before I left, and believe me, I will make time next year. We're already planning our trip. While we considered staying at other hotels, my husband and I were both glad we spent a little bit more for such a wonderful weekend getaway.
