Great Overall

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel plays movies for kids in the evenings. This would be a great plus if you're travelling with children. Otherwise, if you have a courtyard room, be aware that there could be lots of noise outside your room while the movies are on & kids are cavorting around. This ends by ten or so, though, and the hotel mandates quiet hours thereafter, so as long as you don't want quiet early in the evening, it's no problem.

Nice hotel, but too hot

Yes, it was late October in Canada, but the hotel had the A/C turned off for the season and it was significantly warmer than normal. There was no way to cool the room down, and no way to turn the fan on without the heat. We called the desk and they had someone come up to turn off the heat so we could use the fan, and they offered a standalone fan, but having the option to use an air conditioner would have made this the perfect hotel. No direct view of the falls with the new parking garage for the casino, but close enough to walk to and the road running along the back gives you access to all the attractions, plus it also goes the other direction all the way down to the whirlpool and aero car. I'd stay here again if the A/C was on.

Great Place to Stay

Wasn't sure if we had made the right choice in booking our reservation after reading poor reviews. Have no regrets, room was great, very clean, close to all sights. Only bad thing is they charge for parking, if you are a casino goer you can park there for free. Would stay here again and recommend as well. I could see where it maybe noisy in the summer as water world is right there so I would tend to stay when the kiddies are in school.

A Real Bargain....Great Room for the Money!!!!!

We arrived after midnight yet we were promptly checked in. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was large with 2 new double beds and was immaculately clean. The mattresses were wonderfully firm. It had just been redone in shades of espresso & taupe. The location was quiet..but just a 5 min. walk to Niagra Falls and all of the action. The Perkins Restaurant in the lobby served a great breakfast well as lunch. The indoor Water Park is upstairs..great for families with kids. Take advantage of the bus pass to attractions along the Niagra River and the Falls.

not good for the money that you pay, noisy , you can't sleep at night , hotel needs improvement, very bad isolation,
