Great spot, very friendly employees

This was my first visit to Korea and I found a great rate at what all my local coworkers called 'the best hotel in all Korea'. The concierge and other hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities are amazing. The fitness center is better than most US country clubs. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a subway station which can quickly and cheaply get you anywhere in the city and cabs are always queued up outside. A great spot, definitely recommended.

Very good customer service.

Everyone from the driver that picked me up at 4 am! to the check in desk was so nice and compassionate of my long flight. No hassles with checking in. they were friendly and efficient. great place great price
