Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 76WHAT A BARGAIN!
The condo was exactly that... two bedrooms, two full baths, separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer, fully appointed kitchen with full size appliances and everything you could need to cook and serve a complete meal; even a cork screw! The living/dining area was comfortable, and to us, the screened porch was a big bonus. We loved this place... every time we go to Orlando from now on, we're staying here!

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 76Will Stay Here Again
We stayed here for one week. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Could actually live there with no complaints except the stairs. Condo has all kitchen needs, including pots, pans, toaster, dishwasher w/ detergent. Laundry room w/ 3 single loads of Tide, more for a small fee. Lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels, huge closets. Three TV's, one with DVD and VCR. Area is a common multi racial area, security on duty every night. Food within 2 miles, new mall is very close, Disney in about 20-25 minutes, I - Dr 10 minutes, Sea World 15 minutes. If you want to stay at home, this is the place. Rooms face the pool, sometimes was able to get internet access from the balcony, but not strong singles. Balcony is screened in to keep bugs out, and children from climbing. We will be staying here again.

Good security depletes the safety issue. Rooms very comfortable for the needs of our businees lodging.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 76What Hospitality?
The rooms are very well designed, enclosed porch with a grill, full kitchen and laundry in your rooms. The housekeeping staff is what holds this place together, their maintrenance dept needs sincere review. There were several smashed bugs on the walls as well as what may have been feces on the wall in several locations. It was very scarey, I didn't want to touch the walls. Housekeeping does a good job with their duties but maintenance is severely lacking, the air condtioner needed servicing too; it was seemingly operating at about 50%. I would think it is maintenance's job to wash walls, not housekeeping. The lobby advertises they are open until 10pm - this is truely a lie. I started calling at 9:30, ended up calling their number they reference their callers to in case of an emergency - left two messages, never did get one call back. The lobby opens at eight am so if you are business orientated it is difficult to properly check out, you will probably be late for your functions. The room has alot of potential but staff changes would be welcome. The next morning, as I was officially checking in I was telling the person (Robert)behind the counter of all my struggles the night before trying to reach someone to check in, driving down I-4 in the rain by myself, scrambling through notes all over my front seat to call someone to check in, a very dangerous thing to do - and he actually thought it was funny, no compassion and certainly no hospitality! checking in and communcating was an absolute nightmare.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 76Great Room for the Money
The room was great, it included everything that we needed, right down to dish soap and laundry detergent. The property was easy to find. I would have preferred a slightly better neighborhood, but we had no problems or disturbances. There were security guards present every evening. My only problem with the stay was the office staff. The office is supposed to be open until 10 p.m., however, when I arrived around 7:30 p.m. to check in, the office was closed. Again the next day, I was told the office would be open until 10, but it was closed by 6.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 76Love It
Have stayed here twice now on trips to Universal. It's only a few minutes from the park. It's a little hard to find if you're going for the first time but not too bad. I like that there are three separate bedrooms (had 3 kids with us), a living room and full kitchen. There's even a laundry room so you can wash all your wet things after going to the pool and jacuzzi! Like that they also have patios and a grill outside each room. The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay extra for a late checkout, and if you want it I recommend you pay for it when you get there because they won't let you check out late and then pay on your way out. Otherwise it's great! The kids had a blast in the pool and we loved the hot tub after a long day at the park! I would recommend this hotel (is actually apts.) to anyone who wants to have plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The price is also great and really can't be beat for all the amenities they have (esp. if you're on a budget and who isn't with three kids!?) I will stay here again when I go back to Orlando!

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 76Scary Neighborhood; Lack of Service
If you took this hotel/resort and put it in better surroundings, it would be an OK place to go to. There was no one at the front desk to help you after 5 pm (so your on your own until the security guard gets there at 10 pm. I would say safety is a concern at this location also.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 76I LOVED IT!
I really, really enjoyed my stay at the Westgate The Seasons. I was a little uneasy after reading to reviews online about the neighborhood, but my stay was quite. There wasn't a lot of noise as described in the reviews I read the weeks before making my reservations. I wish it was a little closer to the amusement parks and other hotels, but overall I loved it and plan to stay there for now on.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 76Very Nice. Great value
I was pleasantly suprised by how nice this was for the price. Although the neighborhood wasn't that great, the grounds are walled off and there is security. The pool was nice. We enjoyed the raquetball court and it was very close to Universal studios and International Drive. I will definately stay there again if available. I stayed at four different hotels during this vacation and this was by far the nicest and the least expensive. The screened in Florida room/patio was also very nice.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 76Great room for money
This was much better than we expected. It had 2 bed and 2 baths and with 5 kids the 2 baths were awesome! It also had a full size W/D. It took us about 10 mins to Downtown Disney or the parks and everything was easy to get to with the directions the staff gives you upon check in. If you need a safe, comfortable place for a cheap price this is it. It is not as fancy as some hotels in the area but it is a great deal!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 76Good Place to stay for the money
When driving to location neighborhood seemed a little edgy. But after check in and we had chance to explore hotel was only about 2-3 miles from some out standing shopping. We also never felt unsafe at any time. Room was clean and overlooked pool with a nice screen porch. would stay here again.
