LUXURIOUS!

Everything from check-in to check-out was great! All of the staff were extremely helpful and very nice! A lot of "ALOHA SPIRIT"! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Honeymoon haven

We came here for our honeymoon. It has an old world charm with modern amenities. We stayed at the ocean towers room. It had a beautiful view of Waikiki beach. The service was exceptional. We got a complimentary bottle of pink champagne and free valet because we were on our honeymoon. I would defiantly recommend this place.

Great Hotel!

The best classic hotel, in the best location. Exemplary service and comfort. Easy to get everywhere, but no need to leave the property. Highly recommend.

excellent service and beautiful hotel

Had a wonderful time at this hotel and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Even though the hotel is in the middle of Waikiki it feels like you are secluded.

Great Hotel Overall

Although very expensive, this was lovely and historic. We upgraded for a suite since we were travelling with our 2 sons. The tower rooms have spectacular views of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head and the beds were very comfortable. Tower room guests also have access to continental breakfast and afternoon snacks daily. The wallpaper and carpet looked a bit worn for the price. The pool area was very nice and Royal Hawaiian guests have access to the pool next door also which has water slides for the kids. Watch when you are booking so that there is not an "extra person" charge.

Best Hotel on the Island!

We really enjoyed our stay at the RH, it had a wonderful Old hotel feeling but was completely renovated. The room was small, but beautifully furnished and stocked, turn down service was wonderful, the garden facing windows opened all the way with no screens and it was absolutely gorgeous! The best was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on with the softest sheets. All of the staff were exceptionally nice including the concierge and check in. I loved the lei greeting and fresh juice. It was definately a luxury hotel and you can't miss out on the beach lounges and umbrellas. Staying here was a big part of a wonderful vacation!
