Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 41Be Pampered for a Great Price
As always, the staff at the Ritz was very attentive and friendly. My husband and I stayed for three nights in a deluxe room through the Re-Connect package - an excellent value! Great location- just two blocks from 16th St. Would highly recommend for a romantic weekend or a business getaway.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 6 of 41The best, period
Best hotel for my wife and me - great rooms, convenient to downtown Denver, restaurants, etc. And a world class fitness center - really important for our family. Didn't eat in the restaurant, so can't comment on that.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 41one minor complaint
We requested a crib at check-in (noon) but had to call two more times to ask for it, and it didn't arrive until sometime after 5:30. Minor complaint. Everything else was excellent though, and would definitely stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 41Pretty Good Hotel...
I knew coming in (thanks to the earlier reviews) that parking on site would run us $25. Plus you have no option besides valet, which my husband hates, so we opted to park down the street. The neighborhood was rough, the hotel is right across the street from the Greyhound station, and we saw a number of police cars and ambulances as well as people in handcuffs right across the street as we waited for our car. They have a car service that will take you within five miles of the hotel at no charge. We had to wait about 15 min for that, but we would have had to wait just as long for a cab, and the car service car was much nicer. There were a few little things that could have been better. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box, and it was sweltering in the room, and the thermostat provided little relief. There was no fan or AC. We wanted a mini-fridge, and had to pay a $35 up charge for that. Two items’ that would not have been of concern at, say, a Marriott. We stayed with a friend and they were unable to put us in adjoining rooms, or even get us on the same floor. But the staff was friendly and the room was very pretty. I would not say I had a bad time, but for the cost, I will choose another hotel for my next Denver stay.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 41Great Again
We were so pleased with our visit a month ago that when my husband surprised me with a weekend getaway for my birthday, the Ritz-Carlton was an easy choice! I'm glad to report that the property and service were fully 5-star again! We love being treated as if our comfort and satisfaction are important, and the Ritz's staff is very well trained in this area. The room was spotless and everything worked, which seems to be a rare thing these days, and I would stay here just for the wonderfully deep soaking tub! A potential down-side presented itself when a couple with a small fussy child checked in next to us on Saturday. We were surprised at how the noise carried and were a bit concerned, but when we returned from dinner, all was quiet the rest of the night. We didn't ask the hotel staff to intervene, but with what we've experienced I assume they would have quickly made some sort of arrangement. We're sure to return!

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 41Wonderful!
What a treat to stay in a 4 star hotel that that acts like one! From the time we pulled up until we drove away. The staff were all pleasant and used our names, behaving like they were glad to see us. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and and quiet smelled clean; not like air freshener, and everything in it looked new and worked properly. The luxury bath was a real treat! Besides the restaurant at the property there were many great restaurants within an easy walk. We enjoyed our weekend getaway very much, and we will be staying again!
