Solid Hotel, Great Service

My wife and I stayed at the Ritz for a getaway 3-day weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The service was first class. Everyone was extremely friendly. The pool and pool area is first rate. We spent a lot of time there. Within a few blocks of Coconut Grove and the CocoWalk. Exterior of hotel isn't overly impressive, but he foyer and inside of the hotel is very nice. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous Hotel!

A superb hotel located just a couple of blocks from Cocoa Walk. Beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding neighborhood. Nice balconies overlooking the lovely pool area. The lobby area is stunning and the staff are welcoming and very helpful recommending restaurants and shopping advice.

Old World Ambiance

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove the week before Christmas. Upon arrival, we were delighted with the hotel decor as well as decorations. The staff went above and beyond to help us-my daughter could not figure out her new digital camera and the staff was more than willing to help read the instructions and figure it out! Would highly recommend for those seeking classy, sophisticated accomodations. Excellend quality of food as well.

Wedding Anniversary

My husband and I were able to have a one night getaway from our 4 children to celebrate our anniversary. We had never stayed at a Ritz-Carlton before. Needless to say, the stay was amazing. The front desk girl found out about our anniversary during our check-in and, when we came back from dinner, someone had decorated our bed with rose petals in a heart shape. I called guest service at 6 am the next morning asking for a bucket of ice and they were so pleasant on the phone, greeting me by name...the ice arrived in less than 5 minutes. When we checked out, the door man was very friendly and made nice conversation with us. Would definitely stay here again.

"Good Value but could use some work"

The staff was great they made you feel important and welcome. The hotel lobby was great, nice atmosphere.The room left a little to be desired with the carpet having a burn mark in the middle of the floor from a iron and they had cigarete butts on the balcony. I would stay there again the vallet parking staff was great and its not to bad of a drive to south beach.

Great Ritz Experience

From the moment you pull up to the front door, you are greeted with the Ritz experience here. From the greeting and overview of the hotel given by Diego, to the fantastic service at the restaurant this property exemplifies what to expect from a Ritz. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marina.
