Amazing Customer Service!

I was surprised at the customer service I received, very friendly staff! The bed was comfortable and the Club Membership was perfect. I enjoyed the privacy and exclusiveness of the top floor (no access with out keycard to floor). I didnt enjoy the unexpected knock on my door at 8am for room service; i didnt have a "do not disturb" sign available to place on door...

Magical 25th at the Ritz in ATL!!!!

My wife and first stayed here about 6 month after it opened in 1984 for our honeymoon so when I reserved it for our 25th wedding anniversary I only hoped it would be a nice place with some sentimental value for our us to stay at. I even forgot to tell them we were coming for our anniversary until about 8 hours prior to our arrival. Despite my forgefulness we arrived to a room where rose petals had been placed on the bed in the shape of a huge heart, a flower arrangement on the table and a bottle of bubbly chilling. I was knocked flat by how much more than what I had expected they had done and my wife thought I was the greates,t most thougtful person ever! - All totally engineered and created by the staff there with no specific instruction from me. All the staf,f from the desk staff and management to the valet parking attendents and bell men were warm and professional. I simply cannot say enough in the space provided here about how great the experince was. I can say that whenever I have any need for a hotel in Atlanta be it for business, speacial event, or just to be near a sporting or other event I will only stay here and will not even consider another hotel.

Exceptional Service

A little pricey, but just like a $ 1 or a $10 hamburger, the $ 1 one fills your stomach, the $ 10 one tastes great - you get what you pay for. Bottom line - great value for the money paid. Should have free internet for the entire building but charged $ 9.95 per day for internet in the room.

Ritz Carlton

Great hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service. Clean comfortable room. Beautiful decor and furnishings in room and throughout hotel. The quality and service overall has remained very high. I honestly cannot say at this time or any other time I have stayed at the Ritz that I have been disappointed.

Wonderful Wedding Night Stay

Outstanding: The service!!! We loved it and can't wait to go back! Highly recommended for any occasion. The breakfast buffet had good variety and was very tasty, the bed extremely comfy, the room was dark so we slept great. We enjoyed the rate from hotels.com, too.
