Good Hotel Excellent Location But No Bed Choice

I have stayed here several times over the last 2 years. The hotel is nice and relatively clean. As with most inner city hotels, you are charged daily for parking which is not disclosed in the room price. The parking is on premises and valet service is not provided but I prefer that arrangement so it is a plus for me. My negative comment is that you can only book a queen/king room and the hotel decides the room. I would prefer to be given a choice. My last 2 stays I received a queen room when I would have preferred a king and would pay additional for a king.

Horrible Beds, Noisy location, no restaurants within walking distance, no wireless internet in rooms. Only redeeming factor was its proximity to the subway.

Great room for the money

Excellent hotel, the staff was very helpful and were able to give concise directions to how we needed to arrive at our concert. There was only one bar of soap in the bathroom; however, we were only staying one night.

The hotel had almost everything I needed, except for a working coffemaker in the room. The breakfast was complete except for more protein choices. The breakfast area was kept spotless at all times,very impressive. The afternoon desk clerk was not very imformed. He did not know of a close pizza place that we found on our own just around the block. He did not send someone to repair the coffemaker. Overall I enjoyed my stay.The morning environmental services kept my place in order every day. I was so pleased you did not allow cigarette smoking in the hotel.

outstanding hotel

My experience back at Christmas time was wonderful (forgive the delay with the review). The staff was very courteous and I got more services than I expected for holiday dates. The staff and my accommodations were all excellent. It was a nice extra touch to be able to use a waffle maker for breakfast! It was right convenient to MARTA for ready transport. I look forward to future stays at this hotel.

Completely Sold on this hotel forever!

I had got one room for my bachelorette party, and decided to get another for a few more girls. Before I got the chance to ask if they were near each other, the woman at the counter made sure of it. When I was arriving late, I called and they had no problem. They greeted me by name when I showed up. Both the man and woman at the desk were super nice and helpful. Even the next morning, the front desk looked up a parade route and times, and also printed everythign off for us to take with us. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Atlanta....and so will any of the 10 people I had with me!
