This hotel offered a very comfortable environment. It was a bit older but very clean and had an exceptionally pleasant staff.

Great and friendly staff that attended several of our needs. I brought my family of 6 and they went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed. Great staff!

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 275Consistant Quality
This is our 5th or 6th multi-day stay in the last 9 months. Every time the service is top notch, bed is so very comfortable, very clean room with flat screen TV and great toiletries. The breakfast is the best around!

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 275Good Value
OK for the price. Room furniture was a little banged up but the decor was pleasant and clean. Nice TV. Nice towels and linen. Plenty of hot water and towels. The AC/Heat unit was quiet and turned off when it reached the tempt setting, which is a plus when you're trying to sleep at night. The King bed was comfortable, but not anything to write home about. The continental breakfast was nourishing and well stocked, but the dining area was small. Hotel lobby was well decorated and pleasing to the eye. Cookies at night and the lemon water a plus, but the clerks only put them out once with no restocking, so get there early if you want a cookie before bedtime. Clerks were not that friendly (definitely not from the South), but that 's the way it is in Midwest. Would Stay There Again!

The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 275great room for the money
Nice room, loved the crown in the room. The pool was nice to have and we enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morn. one less thing we had to worry about. The staff was more than willing to get us some milk for our baby late at night and that was very helpful. We will stay here again the next time in the area.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 275Please buy new mattresses!!!!
We were really very happy with our stay, the only flaw---the mattresses were disgusting and box springs totally falling apart. The hotel needs to invest in some new ones!!

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 275Disappointing Accomodations
After reading the reviews on the web site we booked the Pavillion Inn for a one night stay. The first room we were given had beds built on wooden platforms and the beds were extremely hard. The grout in the tile in the bathroom was black in places and the overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. We spoke with the 1 front desk clerk and he said that he did not know anything about the cleanliness and the housekeeping staff had gone home by now. He "thought" some beds had a pillowtop and were softer. We tried a 2nd and 3rd room and finally found one with softer beds (without the wooden bases-not really platforms), and less mold on the tile. The furnishings were very minimal and we had thought this would be a step up from the budget chains. Not so!

This hotel met our expectations as far as the room went, but it exceeded them with breakfast and amenities. The staff was adequate and helpful, and the hotel was easy to locate.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 15 of 275Good price, nice to have breakfast included
This was a good place to stay, for the price. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom (mold or dirt on the tile grout in the shower), but the rest of it was fine. Having breakfast included in the price was definitely a plus for this hotel; it was a full buffet breakfast, which allowed us a great start to our morning.
