Trip Type: Special Event Review 16 of 275I would Return and try again.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. Only one exception. The toilet was plugged before we used it and running very very slow. We asked for a plunger, but it was worthless and rolled inside out every time you tried it. After using the toilet, it's too embarrassing to call them to the room and they didn't offer further help. It almost ruined a great stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 19 of 275Great Value
This hotel met and exceeded all my needs and expectations. I was looking for a hot tub, continental b-fast and wireless internet in the room. The hot tub and pool were indoors and clean, the wireless was easy and hassle free in the room, and the breakfeast was more than a continental, they actually cooked food! Bacon, eggs, sausages, bagels etc and it was kept hot. Everything was clean, comfortable and functioning. I travel to SLC about once a year and here is where I'm staying from now on.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 20 of 275Great place to stay!!
We have stayed here several times. The location is VERY good for anything you plan in Salt Lake City! The beds on the 1st floor are really FIRM, so if you like softer beds, get an upper floor room. GREAT value, good breakfast included as well! Pool is good size for the kids.

Was well centered in the Salt Lake valley, easy access off of freeway, and served a darn good free breakfast. Could use a few better TV stations though.

Very clean hotel, up-to-date rooms and amenities. Very helpful to have free internet access in lobby for airline check-in. Nice breakfast included with good hours for early risers. Staff were very friendly and responsive to questions. A terrific experience.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 25 of 275outstanding hotel!
I loved this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, they had coffee, tea, juice etc... up front 24hrs and a pool 24hrs. wow! The breakfast was amazing they had anything you could have wanted!! The only complaint I had was the pillows, they were pretty scrawny make sure you use a couple extra.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 26 of 275Best bang for the buck!
For this price, you will not find a hotel room with a more comfortable bed, large room, internet, flat screen tv, and a full free breakfast (yes breakfast includes eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc.) This place is better that many hotels costing double the price.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 28 of 275Clean, very comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast
Clean, very comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast. I was very pleasantly surprised for the money. Also liked close access to I-15 and lots of lost cost shopping close by (eg. walmart, carls, etc.)

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 29 of 275Very good value
Just fine for the money. I stayed on my way through Salt Lake City, the hotel was easy to find, the neighborhood had many places to eat within a short drive, it felt safe and secure. The front desk clerk wasn't particularly friendly, but was professional and gave very good directions. The room was comfy, some of the furniture was mismatched, but there were two comfortable chairs, the mattress was good, the pillows were good, the shower head was great, the toiletries were nice, it was very clean, and the price was great. One thing to note, you are required to use the front entrance and it is not convenient to much of the parking, which is in the rear. If this is an issue for you, you will want to talk to the front desk so they can give you an appropriate room and a little assistance checking in. I'd stay there again without hesitation.
