The hotel room was great. The service was great and the hotel was perfectly located. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 19 of 213Great if size is not an issue
The Hotel has a great location with easy walking to Pike Place Market and a longer, but doable, walk to Qwest Field and Safeco Park. Parking is convenient (albeit not cheap) and the valet area leads one right into the lobby. The lobby is quaint and nothing elaborate, but allows for quick business at the counter. You can tell that space is limited because of their downtown location but they do make the most of it. There is plenty of shopping and dining options in the area with a Sushi restaurant just past the lobby. It also doubles as a breakfast joint in the morning. It is small, but a good atmosphere, good food, and a friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated but from what I could tell not much in the way of views. They are also quite small, so I would only suggest for business travelers, couples, or anyone that wants to leave the kids at home. My room was very clean and the halls were always quiet. They even left a complimentary paper outside my door, which was a nice touch. Street noise was very minimal. My only disappointment was the size of the room and, as a result, the lack of additional furniture. I was pleased with every other aspect of my stay. If you don't need the square footage and want an effecient, cut to the chase type of hotel, I would highly recommend this place. If you're one that craves the pampering, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 22 of 213great comfort, low amenities
beds are very comfortable and rooms are nice. if all your doing is sleeping then great deal for the price. if you want pool/large exercise room or in-hotel restaurant variety this is not the place.

Trip Type: Business Review 23 of 213Good comfort, good value.
Very nice rooms in a great location. Only drawback is that the A/C unit in room is quite loud. Woke me up every time it came on. Ear plugs will probably get you through the night. Comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. Included morning USA TODAY paper at your door.

Trip Type: Family Review 24 of 213Great location and comfortable hotel
Had a great stay and recommends. The wireless internet however, was poor. Dropped out all the time and I spent a lot of time on the phone with the independent ISP trying to get online. Suggest you do internet elsewhere.

Trip Type: Business Review 26 of 213Excellant value
This hotel is very nice and conveniently located. It's very close to all the downtown shopping, convention center and pike street market. If you are there for a convention I would highly recommend it since it is only a block away.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 27 of 213Good room for the money
We thought that this hotel was a good value for the money. It was centrally located within walking distance to most the pier and the market. Our room was comfortable and met our needs but it wasn't spectacular. Some of the evening front desk staff were not very helpful and our coffee maker didn't work, but all in all we were satisfied.

Lady at Front Desk was not very welcoming but did only what she had to. Everyone else was very friendly. Nice large room with seperate sink area from shower and toilet.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 30 of 213Real Gen
The Paramount in Seattle was a huge surprise. For less than half the cost of others in the area we had a very large, immaculate room, with all the amenities of a 4 star hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the furnishings were new and we could walk to everything downtown in less than 10 minutes - Pikes Market, Nordstroms and all the other great shopping, Seattle Art Museum to mention a few. We would definitely stay there again.
