I stayed here for a business trip but instead seemed as though I took a holiday. I felt like a princess here!

Spacious luxury and a great value

There were rooms that felt like a private club. An afternoon tea featured scones and still warm chocolate chip cookies. The desk was a little thin on staff but everyone was eager to please and friendly. Huge room, bathroom had two vanities and separate shower and soaking tub. Beautiful interior courtyard and great menu at hotel restaurant.

Outstanding Hotel

The king size room was beautifully appointed with lovely amenities. The bath with separate stall shower was clean and bright with high quality soaps, shampoos and other vanity items as well. I just loved the luxurious robes and the separate dressing room with sink and vanity. The chocolates, cookies and apple that was left for our first night was a warm welcome gift. The entire atmosphere at The Orchards Hotel from the lovely patio with pond to the piano music on Sunday morning made this a most pleasurable experience.

First Rate Hotel

The Orchards in Williamston, Ma has a beautiful interior and lovely facilities. The room was larger than expected, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable and cushy that even my husband, a terrible sleeper, conked out for the whole night. When we returned to our room, not only was the bed turned down, but there was also a plate with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, an apple, and chocolates. Classy touch.

Elegant hotel

We stayed here as part of our College Tour. The hotel is just down the road from Williams College. Service was excellent. We also enjoyed the beautiful, albeit small, swimming pool. We will stay here again.

Orchards: great staff and service

Though a bit pricey, the Orchards was very nice. A clean room, friendly staff and incredible service. Would stay there again.

Good room for the money

Room was large, comfortable, neat. Hotel overall could use some upgrading, wallpaper, bathroom tiles, swimming pool. Location was good and for the money, I would recommend the hotel.

Outclasses Other Local Hotels at a Fair Price

In the heart of Williamstown, The Orchards Hotel meshes seamlessly with the bucolic, sylvan environs. Our room was large and clean, and the hotel rates through the web were quite good for the area and represent a true value; you won't regret staying there. The restaurant was good. Most importantly, they went beyond the call to help me help my wife celebrate Mother's Day. They prepared a wonderful Sunday breakfast, and the mimosa and flowers were complimentary (the local florist was closed by the time I asked for help on Saturday, but the hotel staff took some flowers from their own delivery to present to us a nice small bouquet). For the large part the staff were authentically and sincerely friendly and helpful. No bad eggs there. All at a reasonable price. Enjoy!
