Amazing Hotel

The hotel was absolutely amazing, it was a garden of eden in the middle of a bustling city. The lush gardens, landscaped grounds, and quietness made you forget that you were in the middle of an overcrowded and hectic city. However, you could still hear the traffic in the room (e.g., rickshaw engines and the horn beeping), which I think you will hear no matter where you stay in the downtown area. The staff were extremely friendly and quickly responded to any need. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant and in-room dining food were great and reasonably priced when considering the type and price of the hotel. Although I did not have the opportunity to make use of the pool or spa, they looked very inviting and relaxing. I did have an issue with the first room they put me in, as it was right next to the elevator and I could hear the electrical/manual equipment moving the elevator up and down through the walls, which was driving me nuts. I requested to move to another room and within minutes they were ready to move me and they moved me to a room very far away from the elevator. Otherwise, my stay at the hotel was great.

Amazing Hotel

The hotel itself is amazing, it is a garden of eden in the middle of a noisy and bustling city. However, you will still hear the beeping of the car horns in the room, which I think is unavoidable in any place you stay downtown. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and respond to any need very quickly. In-room dining and hotel restaurants were very good and reasonably priced for an expensive hotel. Never had a chance to relax, but the pool and spa looked very nice and relaxing. I did have an issue with the original room they put me in, as it was the room closest to the elevator, and I could hear the electrical/mechanical noises of the elevators going up and down. So I requested a room change and within minutes they were ready to move me to another room very far away from the elevator.
