Trip Type: Not Provided Review 16 of 438Comfortably sheik
We were greated with smiles and efficency. The room was comfortable and larger than other New York hotels we have stayed in. Well located and the conceige was very helpful with dining suggestions. We did miss the iron in the room and the coffee, both of which seem standard in most hotels these days, but they made up for the coffee in the lounge.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 17 of 438My first choice in Theater District!
Great hotel in the heart of the theater district. we walked to all our shows in a couple of minutes and hung out in Time Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was extremely comfortable and plush. The rate was consistent with many other hotels in the area and the hotel is probably better than most. We were on the third floor and were suprised at how quiet the rooms was. I would definitely stay here again! The only downside: no coffee maker or iron. They delivered both upon request but you have to provide your own coffee.

From the front entrance to the bed - awesome! We were treated so well we couldn't believe it. Nice, helpful, beautiful, best bed ever, invigorating shower, wonderful pillows...we loved it all and we aren't even related!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 19 of 438Our favorite hotel in NYC
This is our 3rd stay, since we found the Michelangelo, and as usual, it is wonderful. It's quiet and restfull in the city that never sleeps. We look forward to our next visit.

Trip Type: Romance Review 20 of 438Great find
Near Times Square, and excellent value for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. The free nighttime shoe shining is awesome. Rooms larger than most in mid town Manhattan.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 21 of 438great location
Close to Broadway, Madison and 5th Ave. Many restaurants near the hotel. Is a bit noisey on lower floors.(street noise) The garbage is picked up daily and we heard that.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 24 of 438Just about perfect
I found the hotel to be exactly what the reviews that were posted stated. We were greeted by courteous and very accomodating staff. The Jr. Suite was very comfortable and the king bed a dream. The bathroom was just spectactular. This is our new hotel of choice when in New York.

This is our second stay at this hotel. They up graded us into a suite the same one we had three years before when we stayed there. The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our visit to NYC.

Trip Type: Romance Review 27 of 438Fabulous
The hotel was very clean; appreciate 1pm checkout. Asked for a later check out but they could not accomodate as they were all booked. Can't beat the location.... Poor cellular service.... I don't know if they were shorthanded/busy but when we called the concierge the phone just rang...no answer

Trip Type: Family Review 29 of 438GREAT LOCATION
SECOND STAY AT MICHELANGELO, WE LIKED TO CONVENIENCE TO MID-TOWN AND BROADWAY. THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL SHOULD OFFER FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. ALSO NEEDED TO GET NEAR A WINDOW TO USE CELL PHONE.
