Meh!

While the hotel was ok, the service was not. Both my husband and I went down to use the internet in the lobby that was free only to find the computers not working. After asking several times if someone could help us we were ignored, told they were working and didn't understand how to use a computer, and then just left there. We waited separately for about an hour each. One guy even left saying he was out and going to meet up with a friend. We had reserved a king executive suite and given a smaller room but after waiting for awhile to check in we didn't say much as we just wanted to shower after our long travel day and put our little one down for a nap. It did make us mad because we had paid more for the executive suite. Overall we would try somewhere else based on service. The room was pretty clean and actually pretty big. The only bad part of the room was there was hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned and we didn't get enough towels.

Very nice, chic hotel

This hotel really strives to be a modern, sophisticated hotel where the staff and management really pay attention to your comfort. The rooms were very clean and nicely designed with really nice views of the city and river.

great location

Near the mall,and the royal gardens,over looking the Brisbane river. Great sunsets !

Great Room

The hotel stay was outstanding. It is in an excellent location right near the casino and there is a lot of night life and shopping right around the corner from the hotel.
