Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 138Great hotel, parking is pricey.
Beautiful place with historic significance. And no, it's not haunted. Rates are pricey but you get what you pay for. Parking rates are daily rates and can be a bit pricey (but they are valet and you can have your car retrieved all day). Lobby turns into a lounge at night (we stayed on a Friday night) and can be a bit loud. If you're 21-35 years young and you like the party/club/lounge scene (we do), then you'd love the atmosphere at this time. Highly recommended ... if you have the money. Oh and the Atlanta Hawks happened to stay there for their game against the Celtics. Not sure if other NBA teams stay there as well.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 138Excellent hotel
I'm a hard-core business traveler who travels to major US cities 30+ weeks a year. This is an excellent hotel - now one of my top three favorites worldwide. Only problem for business travelers is that it can be a little iffy getting a cab sometimes, but I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. T station (Red Line) is directly across the street, so if the T is an option, you're in good shape. I will stay here again when I'm in Boston.

This hotel is top notch! One of the best I've ever stayed at. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is luxurious and grand; overall one of the best hotels in the city.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 138Amazing hotel, Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient (right across from the Charles/MGH subway stop, about 20 min from the airport), hotel interior, room quality were excellent. Make sure to check out the lounge, great drinks, appetizers, and people watching on weekend nights. Also, their breakfast menu is really good, especially belgian waffle with glazed bananas and mascarpone. They serve you a glass of champaign when you check in, which I thought was a nice touch. The only thing that threw me off a little was the brief and distant manner in which one of the concierges was responding to our questions. But overall, definitely a recommend.

The Liberty Hotel is nicely appointed with a highly professional staff well trained to pay attention to detail. We had a great stay and would recommend The Liberty to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay in Boston.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 138Loved it!
we loved our stay - starting from checking in (we were giving 2 glasses of champagne), getting to our room (they had prepared a cupcake for my husband's birthday), to dinner at Scampo (yum!), to drinks at the Yard with our friends. Everything was fabulous.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 138very nice indeed!
The concierge was most charming and helpful at our check in. The room was lovely - the room service breakfast perfect. My one complaint about the hotel is how much they charge for parking - but it is Boston.
