Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 15Could be so much better
The rooms themselves are great! Very spacious, comfortable and easy to settle into. Except, the sheets were torn, the towels were dirty and basically rags, and the "breakfast" is coffee and a loaf of bread. The location is great with a grocery store nearby and direct access to a trolly line. There are also washers and dryers for use free of charge. I would stay here again (at a lower price), but bring my own sheets and towels and not rely on their breakfast.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 15Good for the money
Boutique hotel. As another reviewer mentioned, the reception closes early, so call and make sure somebody will be there if you plan to arrive late. I booked this hotel last minute, and got a good rate. No complaints for the money: decent room, free WLAN, and clean. the service was also good at reception, while they were short-staffed, the guy made every effort to get through people as fast as possible while still giving good service. Kudos for that. about 10 min to the nearest train station, a short ride to the city center.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 15Excellent Apartment Hotel in Vienna
Outstanding location, just a 10 minute walk on quiet streets to the Rathaus and the Inner City, this Viennese apartment hotel is a gem: quiet, modern and unpretentious. The rooms are large and the kitchen was fully equipped. The front desk staff were multi-lingual and extremely helpful. And the price was more than reasonable.

Reasonably priced for the amazing rooms but hotel is a little far from the action. Also, they only have a representative working normal hours so when we arrived late in the evening and there was no one there to receive us..

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 15True Austrian experience.
This hotel is only 6-9 rooms. My loft was a small efficiency and nice for the money. Do not expect room service none available. Front desk is not available after 8:00p.m. So make sure you are there in time. these notations aside I would stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 15Well below America standerds
It may be a standard room for a older hotel. The room was well below other hotels on our trip.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 15Spacious and modern but not conveniently located
I chose this hotel because of the pictures. It looked clean, modern, and spacious, and it was. It even had a small kitchen inside of it for those who'd want to prepare their meals. Additionally, the front desk was very helpful. The drawback was the location. I wanted something closer to the museums but didn't have the time to research hotels. While the museums were only a few underground stops away, the neighborhood seemed dull. If it's location you want, there's got to be something better out there.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 15Cleanliness & Comfort
our stay was an enjoyable experience. We did experiene some difficulty in locating the hotel, but when we did, we found it quite comfortable and veryclean. The staff was quite friendly and helpful during our stay. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again nor to recommend it to family and friends.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 15An interesting hotel...
When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at reception, and we waited about half an hour before finally someone showed up. We were also very surprised to find out the rooms are only cleaned every four days! But that said, overall we had a good stay. The apartments are very large, and their modernish IKEA look grows on you. Started feeling like a cool home away from a home, but not like a conventional hotel. Very central and close to the main Vienna ring road.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 15ideal for longer stay
Ideal for longer stay. The loft type apartment was well equipped, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Staff was very helpful and well prepared, but only available during the day. The shared facilities are quite small, but still wasn't crowded. Nothing fancy, but I loved it. Close to center in a very quiet residental area. Only short term parking on the street, but the hotel provides parking on discounted rate(18 EUR a day) in a nearby parking garage. The bedroom was little too warm though...
