Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 314Great hotel
I live just south of Boston and have always lived in the Boston area. Occasionally, I like to stay in the city and whenever I do, I chose The Lenox. The pricing is fair. The location is fantastic and the hotel has a European, old-world flair while still providing all of the necessary amenities and conveniences. I will always stay at The Lenox whenever I need to stay in Boston. It is and has always been my favorite.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 314Expected More For The Price
While this hotel appeared very nice, the amenities offered were not much, considering the price of the hotel. I had more amenities with the Holiday Inn than I had at the Lenox, and for half the price. This -- sadly -- was my first and last time staying here.

You can't beat The Lenox Hotel for Value, Service or Location. Fine dining, Starbucks, and the Prudential Center Mall are all only a short block away. What else could you want!!!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 314Great Location, friendly staff
First time to Boston and I really enjoyed the Lenox Hotel. The location is central to loads of shopping and every staff member I encountered was exceedingly nice. The only problem I had with the room was some trouble regulating the room temperature but other than that it was very comfortable and clean.

Room was well appointed with comfortable bed, sofa, big tv, and an always appreciated refrigerator. Bathroom was small and awkward. Great location, close to excellent restaurants and shopping, Excellent staff! Very helpful and freindly.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 314Outstanding Hotel
I love the older, restored properties. In the case of the Lenox, their renovations have allowed them to add WiFi as well as all the amenities that travelers look for, and at the same time, keep the old time lobby, the wonderful intimate pub that is "hidden" up the stairs in a "hole in the wall", and the feel of what is best about the old hotels. The T is a block away, and the restaurants of Copley Square are a block away. It is an ideal spot, and we will go back.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 314The Lenox--an excellent hotel
The Lenox is a lovely place from which to explore Boston. Convenient to Newbury St & Copley square. View from the room was toward the square. staff friendly, helpful. Can't ask for more.
