Loved it

The hotel is newly renovated and very modern. The location is spectacular and we found everything we could need within a 10-20 minute walk. It's about a 30 minute walk from Buckingham Palace. It's a short cab ride from the St. Pancras train station and can be reached via Tube from the airport. I absolutely loved our location and would definitely stay here again if I ever go back. Breakfast was pretty good and seemed like a pretty good price when booked with our room.

This hotel & room was very nicely renovated and the location was fair ... not a bad walk to tube stations. There was no internet access at the time I stayed due to the finalization of the renovation. The hotel staff appologized but offered no compensation. Then the phones didn't work and I missed some calls. I was completely out of touch which would have been OK if I wasn't on a 'working vacation'. When they finish the hotel, I would 100% recommend staying there.

Overall the accommodations were acceptable and the hotel convenient and accessible to London's attraction and met our needs. I felt the rooms were a bit sub-standard and with breakfast not included too pricey.

Too pricey for the neighborhood and the service provided

The hotel staff was not helpful and very unfriendly. Plus, the concierge provided incorrect advice regarding the Underground system which took me well out of my way to tour an historical site. The area includes many bars/pubs where large groups of 18-30 year olds hang out on the sidewalks at night. If you are returning from an evening theater performance, you will need to deal walking through/around these crowds. Additionally, the surrounding area is not clean. Just a few blocks away, there are much safer and prettier neighborhoods with hotels. For the price I paid, this was a terrible hotel.
