Older but Upgraded

Older and Quaint hotel. Great restaurant and bar. Go for the executive rooms for the continental breakfast and after 5 drinks.

good place to stay

The room was clean and we love the spacious bathroom. We asked for a smoke free room and got it but the hall reaked of cigarette smoke.

Nice for a low price

This hotel provided all that it needed to. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, though the room smelled a bit before I aired it out. The TV remote was missing. For the price I paid, it was fine.

Nothing special

Given the reviews I read before booking my room, I was looking forward to a nice night in the hotel. The lobby and the outside were beautiful. The staff was friendly. But, my room smelled of sweat and the TV remote was missing. It was fine for one night, but I don't plan on staying there when I return to Ann Arbor.

Needs Improvement

Staff was not overly friendly and room definitely needed improvement since open ares were found in the walls.

Need Improvement

Because of the flaw on the inside of one of the coffee mugs in the room, when I went to make coffee the second day of our stay and realized it was the same mug, and therefore could not have been sanitized, it made me question all of their practices for really cleaning the room. Needless to say, it made me feel unsafe about using anything in that room.
