wonderful hotel

this is wonderful hotel and great location. i am recommending it to my friends that are going to London soon.

below expectations and needs improvement in service and cleaningness

The non-smoking room was very smoke smelling. Despite recurrent changes none of the non-smoking rooms were smoke small free
