Trip Type: Family Review 16 of 113Run-down and dirty hotel
We had a room with stains on the carpet, smelled musty, the bed was saggy and way past its prime. Large holes near the bathroom fixtures, gaps in the carpet showing poor installation. Unwelcoming front-desk personnel. The final insult: they charge you $5 per day to park in their parking lot. I guess they don't care about repeat customers, just about nickle-and-diming you while you are there.

Trip Type: Family Review 18 of 113Will not return
I booked 2 rooms and one room was in total disrepair. The door to the balcony would not open, which we paid extra for, my husband had to finally get tools from the truck and repair the door himself. The toilet had to be flushed by filling the coffee pot carafe with water, and when I went for a shower at 8:00 PM I was told there were no laundered towels which is why there were none in our room. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and it is obvious that there has been no money invested in property repairs in years. The location and the great pool are not enough to stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 19 of 113Don't dare to stay in this hotel
The costumer service in this place is awful. When I first checked in I was told that there would be a five day 100 dollar hold after check out and I agreed to that. After I checked out of the hotel, there was a 200 hundred dollar hold instead of the 100 that I had originally agreed to. This cost me to overdraw my bank account. When I called, the representative was very unhelpful and rude. Please do not stay here if you want your vacations to end with a huge headache. There is a hotel next door it’s got a great location a little bit more expensive (not by much). However, they offer great costumer service.

Trip Type: Romance Review 20 of 113OK Hotel for the money.
Our experience at this hotel was not the greatest. We had to pay $200 deposit($100 per adult). We stayed on the 6th floor which had an ice machine which was nice. but it seemed as if there was no air conditioning on that floor and it smelled like mildew everywhere. You will have to PAY for Parking asd well, which i thought was ridiculous.when we checked in, they made us inspect the room, fill out paperwork listing anything already damaged, then bring it back down to the lobby.(annoying)Before checking out we had to wait for someone to inspect the room to make sure nothing was damaged, if so deposit would not have been refunded.Overall we did not care for the hotel that much but i guess you get what you pay for.

I would not recommend this place to anyone or come back here again. The room wasn't ready til 4pm, and even then they had to give us another room. The room was not that clean, and we couldn't wait to leave.

Trip Type: Family Review 29 of 113pros and cons
pros: great location for shops and food. Directly on the beach and a nice pool. Tiki bar on the weekend with music and drink specials. cons:old and in need of a deep cleaning and paint. Terrible bed and pillow. If only spending a night or two at the beach then it is fine. Would rather spend a little more for a little more comfort.

Trip Type: Family Review 30 of 113Should not be considered a resort
The hotel had no business calling itself a resort. The tiki bar was only opened for a couple of hours one afternoon after being there a week. You were scalded while in the shower and another room flushed the toilet. The ice machine sounded like a jet engine taking off, the elevators stunk, and the staff (especially the front desk) had personalities of a wet mop. They get you with the $5.00 a day parking fee. We will never stay there again.
