OVERPRICED UNDERACHIEVER!!!!.

overpriced underachiever. internet did not work for day and after my 4 nite the hotels best suggestion was that we change rooms. breakfast was second rate, roadside motels serve better b-fast grub.

Overpriced under achiever!!

Great location, lousy breakfast, inept staff. The telephone and internet did not work. Breakfast was in line with roadside motels or low budget hotels.

Outstanding Hotel

Great facility. Great Location. Great Service. Bathroom no bigger than your average hotel, but would still stay again.

A tad corporate

Located in beautiful St. Helena, we received absolutely excellent service at this hotel. The room was large and nice. My only complaints are that it lacks some character and although a luxury hotel, feels corporate & rooms have no view.

A really charming hotel - but if not for the great location, not exactly worth the extreme price paid for the room.
