No place to eat, just to find a vending machine which of course was empty I had to walk all over the place up stairs down stairs ovber to another section. Man never again. This place is over priced and under done. Maybe 20 years ago but to todays standards. A zero

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 42Birthday Surprise
The hotel found out that the trip was a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday. Not only did we get a free upgrade, but there was a birthday card and a box of candy from the staff waiting in our room! What a thoughtful, pleasant surprise!

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 42Older hotel
First room we had, a one bed, was small and outdated. Needed to be refinished. Second room, with 2 beds, was much nicer. Clean and larger. Bathroom is small. Overall, the hotel was ok just seemed older.

The pool area had peeling paint and was old and out dated. The area was beautiful. The room were clean and neat.. They had a fantastic fireworks display and a cool car auction. I loved Jackson .

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 42Wonderful place to stay!
We were very happy with the room and the view of the mountains was just beautiful. It was close to the Bar J Chuckwagon where we had dinner our first night there. It was very comfortable. I wish I would have had more time to stay there.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 10 of 42This Place Need Some Demolition
If you want cheap in Jackson Hole, this is the place. Looks like it was new in the 1980s and the management hasn't put a dime into it since. Even though it was cheap by Jackson Hole standards, it's overpriced. At those rates I expect more than old lumpy beds and worn out TVs. If this was Europe it would be a 2 star Hotel. Sleep and nothing more.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 42Great service; they did the best they could with what they had to work with
Great location, 0.5 mile from Grand Teton South entrance. The staff was extremely friendly and tried to make the best of what they were given to work with. The hotel seems old and not renovated in a loooooong time. Some parts are actually nice this way (the wooden balcony) but some create a significant level of discomfort. The switches are flimsy and lights flicker because of that. The TV is old even by grandma's standards. The remote controls only the satellite box, not the TV so if you want o change channels from your bed you can but to adjust volume, set sleep timer, or simply turn on/off you must walk to the TV set. Internet connected computer in the lobby - excellent idea and I made good use of it for downloading pictures off my camera to the USB stick and even emailing some. B&W ink printer also available. This computer and the printer were free of charge. Nice spa, warm water pool and dry sauna, all very well maintained and clean. No trash bins on the property (the room had at least two) but this seems specific to Wyoming - not enough trash bins in public places. Few dining options in the area and extremely limited healthy food options. Spitting distance from Jackson makes this not a big issue. I was there on the Memorial Day week and they had plenty of rooms available. A few nights I had some neighbors and the walls seem to allow too much noise. Would go again because I went there for the mountains and hiking and the hotel offered clean comfortable rest. A 3-star rating might be a bit of a stretch by some standards though.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 42Great Value
The Inn at Jackson was a great value in the off-season (late May). Maintenance issue resulted in loss of water for 30 minutes, but repairs were prompt. Would recommend this to value minded travelers, very clean, good size room.
