Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 93A Great Hotel
This was a great hotel. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The location was great (downtown Atlanta), and easily accessible from the train. The ambience is awesome and the service is great. If you are dwontown Atlanta you have to stay here!

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 93Great service, would definitely stay again
We had a little mishap when we checked in, but the hotel staff went out of their way to make amends. The staff was on top of things, the food was incredible, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The location was perfect for us because it was only a block from Phillips Arena. As with any hotel in downtown Atlanta though, you could hear the traffic even though we were on the eighth floor.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 93Beautiful Hotel, Outstanding Staff
The pictures of the hotel on the website were nice, but as a frequent traveler, I never rely too much on those. The hotel was better than expected! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful (I mean EVERYBODY - front desk, cleaning crew, room service, restaurant, and managers). You can tell they take pride in their hotel because everything was thought of as far as room amenities and accommodations. The single rooms are small (I was alone so good size for me), but my colleague was in a suite and it was plenty big enough if I had been traveling with my husband and kids. I would highly recommend The Glenn if you are at the convention center, it was a close walk.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 93Nice, but overrated
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room service was prompt with delicious food. The only issue I had was that the 'Dream Suite' was really a normal sized hotel room with a partitioning wall, with a small couch in the other room. Also, there was only a shower, and though it was advertised as a King suite, it was clearly a Queen bed. I can't imagine what a normal room looks like.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 93Hip Hotel
My husband and I stayed at the Glenn for the U2 concert, which was held at the Georgia Dome on 10.7.09. The staff could not have been more polite upon check in. The bar tender even treated us to a glass of wine when the lunch we had ordered was significantly late. From the voice in the elevator commenting "Enjoy" each time we arrived at our floor to the funky decor all around, it made our experience a real treat. The rooftop bar has an unsurpassed view and the entire hotel is just plain cool. We were just blocks from the Georgia Dome making a walk to the concert convenient and easy. It was also incredibly close to the Aquarium and other downtown destinations.

They messed up on the room, gave us the basic queen when we purchased the Deluxe Queen.. The keys kept not working and the staff was slow to resond to any questions. Overall not good

I stay in Hotels 5-7 nights a month. I love Boutique hotels. Although, with this one I was very let down. NEGATIVES: -Front desk Staff unorganized, and not very friendly. -They gave me the wrong room. -I would suggest many other hotels before this one in ATL (Twelve Hotel, The Ellis, or W Hotel) Highlight- The Valet staff were very helpful, and urgent to help you in any way. I even used them for concierge services.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 93nice hotel
I was very satisfied with my stay at the Glenn Hotel. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roof-top lounge was nice. The drinks were a little pricey, and weak, I thought, but a good view of the city. There was some mention of a slight dress code,it can be casual, but no flip-flops. Be aware of the 25.00 a night valet parking fee.The overall location of the hotel was convenient for getting around the Atlanta area.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 93Swanky hotel in a convenient location
The hotel is cool and clean, but needs to work on it's security. Be on your toes in the surrounding neighborhoods. Atlanta has a lot of crime, so be street smart and you'll have a great time.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 93Very Romantic
My husband and I stayed at The Glenn for our one year wedding anniversary. The hotel was very convenient to locations like the CNN Center and the Georgia Aquarium. The room was small but the lighting and decor made it very romantic. Room service was quick and yummy, although the selections were limited and a little expensive. The only problems we had were the noisy street outside (which can't be helped by the hotel) and the fact that housekeeping knocked on out door at 10 a.m. when checkout wasn't until 12. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a short romantic getaway!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 93The Best Hotel I've Ever Stayed In
I travel frequently and have to say that this is the best hotel for the money. The beds were phenomenal, the service was excellent, and the overall hotel for the price was perfect. I plan on going back soon.
