Beyond Expectations

We recommend this hotel without reservation. It is relaxed for families or couples. Beaches and pools are excellent. Food is outstanding! Room service is good. I wish our whole vacation was here.

Great beach, nice staff, but insist on the room you ordered

We loved the beautiful beach and body surfing waves. Food was good (but not great). Meals at the Princess (sister hotel next door) were better, esp. the buffet. When we checked in, we had bought a "deluxe room with ocean view." They said that wasn't available, and tried to give us a room without an ocean view. We stuck to our guns, and the manager upgraded us to a "Junior Deluxe Suite" in a great location (quiet area next to the beach). What started as a problem ended up as great news, as the room we were upgraded to was great.

great room for the money

quality of hotel service was excellent, has a beatiful gardens, pools, confort in all installations, and pierre have an excellent personal service, i am very happy.

Excellent accomodations and service

We stayed overnight on two occasions. The first night the room had been updated and was excellent. The second night we stayed in one of the villas and found the room needed a little updating in the bathroom fixtures. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The addition of a small refrigerator would be a plus for people staying longer on the premises.

Incredible Hotel, Very bad food

The hotel is beautiful the staff wonderful but the food is one of the worsts i have ever tried. If you want good food dont expect it in this hotel.

Great Staff

Concierge staff was excellent. Golf course was okay, but overpriced. Nice having shuttle to Fairmont Princesss hotel.
