Classy

This hotel is classy and is in the heart of downtown. Staff are professional and most helpful. I plan on being a return customer.

Needs Improvement

For the price we paid, this hotel left more to be desired. No breakfast was included, the room itself was nothing exceptional. The hotel was clean and pretty, though. This hotel had us park in a parking garage where they made us pay for parking. I was not very impressed with this hotel, even with its fancy decor.

Elegant and Top Notch

The first night I stayed in a room directly above some railroad tracks. With the trains going all hours of the night and day, I didn't sleep well at all. When I explained my problem to management, they were quick to move me to another room. The second room was unbelievably wonderful and quiet. The rest of my stay was outstanding.

Gorgeous!

This old beauty is a wonderful way to escape the sounds and sights of the city that is really just outside the door. Every employee that we encountered was ready to make us happy no matter what it took. I will enjoy staying at other Fairmont hotels in the future.
