    Fairmont Princess has 4 beauttifull swiming pools, 2 of wich are new, and beautiful gardens with birds such as "guacamayas", flamingos, swans, etc. My room was located at the "Princess Tower", OK but felt kind of old, the bathroom was remodeled, but the room still needs to be updated some more. Great beds and pillows, so you get a good night sleep. Great towels and bath products. Old TV and hairdryer. Free coffee and tea daily. The room is fine and has a great view, but I recomend to stay at the new "Pearl Tower" wich is supposed to have beautiful rooms. The spa is simply beautiful, great massage, and had a 10% discount because I enrolled the "Fairmont Presidents Club", wich also allows you free access to the gym, free internet, free bottled water daily, some kind of "upgrade" on the beach towels, free newspaper daily, free coctails, etc. If you are goingo to stay at any Fairmont, you should join the Presidents Club first on their website. Food is OK but way too expensive. Realy expensive. They have a coffee shop with much decent prices, and great coffee. Went to the lunch buffett once and didn´t like it. Room service is actually very very good, ordered salmon and it arrived hot, and they arrange your table so you feel you are actually eating at a restaurant. You should try "Tabachin Restaurant" located at the Fairmont Pierre Marques, free transportation every 10 min. Also try mexican food at the Beach Club, very good. Everybody is very nice and friendly and will help you in anything you need.

    Beautiful hotel, good beach, much better than the one where all the hotel chains are at. Excellent restaurants and service, but pricey. Even though this hotel is not in the most popular beach, the beach is still very crowded and there are all sorts of vendors. The local people on the beach offer horseback riding, ATV's and jet skis, and there are a lot of them and I was worried someone was going to run over my kids both on the sand and in the water. The restaurant service is fantastic, they go over their way to make you happy and are extremely polite.

Location. The Fairmont Acapulco Princess resort stands on 480 acres of ocean beach and tropical gardens in Acapulco, Mexico. A golfer's haven, the Princess golf course is located across the street, and the Pierre Marques golf course lies one kilometer away.

Hotel Features. Chula Vista offers family dining amid hand-painted murals and views of the property's salt-water lagoon. The Veranda affords ocean views, and favors Italian specialties and imported wines, whereas the Beach Club offers beachside hospitality and live music that performs most evenings. A lobby computer features high-speed Internet access, and front desk staff can perform fax, photocopying and shipping services. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby. This resort houses five outdoor pools, two with swim-up bars and one with a tropical river, waterfalls and a lagoon. An 18-hole golf course is bordered by water and coconut palms. The resort also offers a basketball court, eight outdoor tennis courts, an exercise room, children's a beach-volleyball court and a children's playground. Supervised children's activities include miniature golf, basketball, soccer, painting lessons, water polo and water volleyball. The Willow Stream Spa offers a yoga studio, and traditional and signature health and beauty services

Guestrooms. The Fairmont Acapulco Princess offers 1,011 air-conditioned guestrooms and suites housed in three towers along the beach. Décor is inspired by Aztec design and features tile work, architectural accents, and artwork that pay homage to the ancient culture. All accommodations include floor- to-ceiling glass sliding doors with natural shutters that lead to furnished ocean- , garden- , or golf-course balcony views. Room amenities feature large walk-in closets, cable television, desks, and in-room safes. Compact refrigerators and rollaway beds are available on request.

Expert Tip. During peak tourist season, the hotel offers complimentary "Movies Under the Stars" next to the main pool.
