Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 13Poor service
We reserved a room with two beds, got a room with one twin bed that was handicap accessible and the staff refused to switch our room, unfortunately, it certainly didnpt appear to us that the hotel was fully booked at all.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 13Horrible Needs lots of improvement
The price was too high for what we had to put up with. The room was very hot and when we turned on the air conditioning it leaked into the bathroom. Not just a little leak it was pooring out of the ceiling. The pool looked like someone had been peeing in it for a year. The parking lot was a complete joke. I had to park my car on the street located across the street from a porn shop. I am very surprised my vehicle didn't get broken into honestly. I wouldn't stay there again if someone paid me to.

The staff was nice but the housekeeper left our room door open after she cleaned it and it was left opened for 4 hours until we got back.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 13Not the Hyatt, but if you need a cheap place to crash, this be it
Here's the deal: we needed a cheap place to stay for one night, nothing fancy. This place fit the bill. It was relatively clean, but a tired, old hotel. The front desk were accomodating to our schedule- we needed to checkout late due to running a race. They were great about that. close to the freeway, so we were able to get in and out of town. Overall- it was fine to stay for one night on the cheap.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 13Bad Breakfast
The condition of the hotel and surrounding area were undesirable but we knew that we had booked looking for a bargain with a light breakfast. Unfortunately the light breakfast consisted of stale bagels, soggy english muffins, juice that wasn't mixed right and cereal with no milk and no appology.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 13Needs lots of work
Nice pool but everything else needed work. Bath wouldn't drain, coffee tasted like water, maids didn't have supplies available to clean and maintain rooms because management failed to fullfill maids requests in timely manner. Could be a gem of a hotel because of location but poorly managed, run down, cutting back on breakfast quality.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 13Convenient to UM - Missoula
Conveniently located off I-90 with easy access to city center and the University. Same parking lot as McDonalds so great for families or a quick bite. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but adequate.

The hotel is okay, needs some upgrades especially the stairways. They need to have the carpets cleaned at a minimum as they are very stained and dirty looking. They could replace the carpeting as it gave a grungy feeling using them. this may be in the works as the regisrtation office was being redone. The hotel is older and just needs a little TLC to bring it up to the excellent category. The staff were super helpful in finding places and things to do and restaraunts.
