Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 222Great design and comfort
After a week on a cruise, we splurged on a larger room, and it was well worth it - great beds and bedding, large round table and high end chairs, four-star bathroom, beautiful woodwork, colors and fabrics. Helpful staff, especially Jimmie, their charming bell man. They need more staff, however (front desk phone unanswered, etc). Good restaurant and bar downstairs. Good, hot room service.

Very convenient to the Purdential Center via under street walkway and close to Newbury St for shopping and restaurants. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff

Well I've never stayed at a hotel with a Bell Captain before, but this was great. The entire staff was helpful and warm and ready to assist you in every way. The room and the view were wonderful and the hotel was near great restaurants, stores, and sights. The Concierge getting us the excursions that we wanted. we had a great time.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 222Gorgeous, clean design, spacious rooms, great bell captain
After 7 days in a cramped cruiseship cabin, we opted for a deluxe room here, and it was huge, with a large round table, ergonomic chairs, beautiful built ins, ultracomfy beds & pillows, soothing neutral colors and a well appointed bathroom. The restaurant is hip and has excellent seafood, Sunday brunch & bartenders. Jimmy, the charming bell captain, really looks out for you. He is overworked, however, as are the front desk people & the bartenders. Management may be cutting staff because of this awful economy, but the service does suffer.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 222European Stylings
Very good price for the location - walking distance to "classic" Copley area shops and restaurants. Not styled in traditional US hotel model, more European.

Clean, updated room with comfortable bed. Great bath and bed linen. Loved the reading light at the head of the bed. Safe location, convenient to Back Bay attractions. Easy walk from the Amtrac Back Bay station. Friendly, helpful staff.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 222Excellent Place To Stay
We were very satisfied with our stay. Hotel is in perfect location for those who want to tour boston on foot, within walking distance of just about everything, including Fenway Park! Prudential Center is located directly arcoss the street which has many shops and food places. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful with all our questions. Room was perfect! With the floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows, our room had a beautiful view of Huntington Ave and the Pru. Bedding and linens are very comfortable. Bathroom was amazing, a little smaller than we expected but still very nice. Overall the room was a great stay and we will be staying again next year.

in copley, most hotels are huge. the collonade is an alternative to the usual huge chain hotels. the rooftop pool was nice and the keurig coffee makers in the room were great.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 222Great location
The hotel was lovely, the pool was great, the location was brilliant being just opposite the Pru centre and T entrance. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the younger doormen could have been friendlier. Overall a nce place, we would stay there again
