Front desk employees need to know how to speak to guest. The Rental Unit floors - walls & tubs were not clean, it was not worth the price @ all.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 2 de 25Worse place I've stayed in all of Miami
When leaving a comment most people start with pro then cons. So here are the Pros: None Cons: First this place was a nightmare to locate. The person I called on the phone barely spoke English. To sign in I had to meet with some guy in a back room like a shady deal. He was highly unorganized. He had to search through piles of paper for forms for me to sign. It all went down hill from there. First this place should not be on hotels.com. It is an apartment rental not a hotel. I went up to the room and it smelled like an old urinal. There was black mold on the floor and a broken vent in the bathroom. I found hair on the dingy towels and an inch of dust on most ledges. There was a stained pillow in the closet and a child's comforter. There were items from the previous tenant in the drawers. I had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep down the smell. I had no time to find another place to stay. I went downstairs to talk to the one that rented me this flophouse of a room, but he was long gone. I called him on the number he left. he said he'd call me back, never happen. I called hotels.com reps to cancel the next night and get out of there. After they called four times, first to be told to call later only for no one to answer. I slept with a tee shirt over the only decent pillow. Parking was equally sad. You use a coded key tag to access the parking deck. People in this apartment drive like Nascar in the parking deck. The rep didn't even know what parking places were open. Then he put a post-it on back of a used parking placard for me to use that night. The whole place reeks of low budget and 2 bit service. The dining chairs were those little plastic ones that one finds in a kindergarden class. I will chock the price up to a learning experience. This is the worse place I've ever stayed in Miami. I've been to Miami several times. I've stayed in a variety of Hotels. Avoid this place like a plague.

Tipo de viaje: Special Event Reseña 4 de 25Good place to stay depending on what it is you are looking for
I thought the hotel, if the price is around a three star price, is good but it really depends on what you are looking forward. Don't expect room service or even someone to clean your room everyday. I was looking for basically a place to stay that I could treat like my own personal condo for a couple of nights and that is exactly what I got. If you can clean up after yourself and want to be in a great location for miami then this is a good hotel for you. The nice bed and big tv help for when you unwind at the end of the night or when you need your own space. Oh if you have a car parking is 20 a day which isn't too great but it is in and out service where you won't have to bother with valet or anything else.

Tipo de viaje: Romance Reseña 7 de 25not that great
pros: i got the room for 1/3 off the price so that was good. the room had a balcony, which gave a nice view. i asked for more towels and pillows and it i got it in like 15min. cons: the reason not to go is the parking garage!!! it cost $20 a night to park and the parking structure is in an oval shape. so you have to make a u-turn at every end of the garage and the lane is small and has a rail next to you, which looked like many people have hit! the parking is just horrible. the place charge you for leaving trash so you had to take out the trash yourself and i found a condom wrapper under the couch!

Tipo de viaje: With Friends Reseña 8 de 25Perfect Fit
The unit we stayed in was very large and accomodated our needs pefectly. It was a great help that it was perfectly "outfitted" with all of the conveniences of home - cookware, dishes, towels, bed lines and so on. I actually extended my stay in Miami, becuase the accomodations were so great. Fantastic service from onsite staff - I look forward to my next visit to Miami and my next stay at The Club at Brickell Bay.

Tipo de viaje: Overnight Stay Reseña 9 de 25Strange arrangement
The Hotel is actually a Condo renting a few Rooms. There is No front desk, no Marked entrance to the building, the security guards Don't know the Title of the Business by that name. Had to make a call the Manager came and was exceptionally helpfull and processed us in. The only shopping is 8-10 blocks away. There is a Publix grocery store anout 8 blocks away. Extreamly helpfull to buy all the shampoo's and amenities left to save weight for the luggage. Cab was about $25 from MIA. Room was a suite setup Kitchen Living room and a Two queen Size Bed bedroom, and full bathroom. Overall after figuring out what was going on, it was a good bargain.

Tipo de viaje: Romance Reseña 10 de 25Very Very Disappointed
Very very disappointed with this hotel. First, the hotel did not have a front desk, only a guard. Second the hotel did not have any wash towels and only ONE very worn towel for two people. Thirdly, the TV remote ontrol did not work and the entire room felt like a well used frat party room. We called our hotel contact about the onditions and no one responded. We checked out then next day since we couldn't the first night after arriving too late in the evening to make any change. The next day we asked for a comprable refund from our three night initial reservation. We were told that this establishment does not refund to online partrons. We truly lost out all around and would never recommend this hotel to anyone over 21 years of age!

Tipo de viaje: Romance Reseña 11 de 25Very nice place to stay
As noted, this is not a hotel... so don't expect room service or housekeeping. That being said, this really was a great place to stay. It is about a 2 minute walk to the metromover, which links to the metrorail after one stop. The area is very safe and relatively quiet. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area at night, but it doesn't take long to get somewhere more lively. Check-in was very easy... I arrived pretty late, around 10pm, and it wasn't a problem at all. Parking was a little inconvenient, but I left my car there for most of my stay, as the metromover/metrorail were so close. Also, I booked a studio apartment, which was apparently unavailable, and was upgraded to a 3 bed/2 bath at no additional charge.

Tipo de viaje: Not Provided Reseña 12 de 25It"s a condo!!!!
nobody cleans your room and no ameneties like towels, shampoo, hair dryer. you have to ask for an extra pillow w/c you get the next day unlike when you stay in a hotel, what you ask for will be delivered in your door in just a matter of few minutes. The TV is very small, just good for a kitchen. I would describe the room like a hospital-- a bed, a dining table w/ a broken glass top, a fridge, a microwave & to be fair, the bathroom is big enough for me. The location is very nice and safe and youcan see the water from your verandah. This is a good place for a family who would be able to cook but not a single person.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 13 de 25Simple & Basic
One of Miami's many mirrored shined hi-rise buildings on Biscayne Bay's Brickell Avenue. A pretty standard condominium building; a very nice staff, esp. the on-site director Alfredo, who is great; the lobby & room are basic 'Ikea' modern on hardwood floor; a tiny flat screen, w/ minimal cable (CNN, but No ESPN//Fox//E!, etc..., clean, basic toiletries, although bed//bedding//pillows are horrendous; certainly not the hi-thread count Egyptian cotton linens, as advertised; the advertised view exists, although as is true in most cases, it is dependent upon where in the building one is located. Overall, a fair to fine stay in the heart of Miami's '325i' set....

Location is perfect. Incredible views of Miami. Room can improve but price wise is incredible.
