Great hotel, great location

This is a great hotel. This hotel was remodeled about a year ago. The inside has a modern decoration style. There is a 24 hr store that has great sandwiches, salads, etc. These are the same as the cafe, but cheaper since you aren't receiving table service. We have stayed here many times with our family for Disney vacations.

AWESOME HOTEL!!!

Great hotel, near all of the Disney Parks, shuttles take you to and pick you up from Downtown Disney and long with all of the parks, the spa was phenomenal, great masseuse’s. I will get a massage when I go back. This hotel was great, clean, comfortable, and safe! I will stay there more often on my trips to Orlando.

Great place to stay!!

I have stayed at the Buena Vista Palace twice before and liked both times, this time however blew me away. They have done a total renovation and made the hotel look very upscale with a "South Beach" look. It wasn't so overly done that your couldn't bring your small children. They also have a restaurant that has a Disney character breakfast. We decided to wake up early Sat. morning and drive up to Disney since we live only 2 1/2 hrs away and by the time we got to our hotel it was WAY early for check-in. The receptionist said our room wasn't ready but for an additional $10 she could upgrade our room to a better view and we could go right up. We agreed and when she was finished getting our room assignment she informed me she wasn't going to chg the fee. She was VERY pleasant and accomodating, answering any questions we had. Our room was amazing! We requested a King bed and our room was very spacious with a little balcony that had a sm. table with 2 chairs and faced Epcot. In the room there was a loveseat and ottomen, desk and chair, flat screen TV and a king platform bed with white spa type linens and TONS of feather pillows. The bathroom was a split with only the sink out in the room area and the shower and toilet were in a room with a door. The only complaint if I had any were the shower was very small and I'm not a big person. There is a bus that comes every 1/2hr that takes you to the parks and picks you up. We decided to go park hop during the day, if you do this make sure you find out what your bus # is so you can catch it at another park. We decided to take a Disney bus back to Downtown Disney and walk to the hotel at the end of the night. Downtown Disney is so close and there are great restaurants including McDonalds. I would definatly stay here again, great hotel with Disney transportation, close to I-4 and Downtown Disney a short stroll away.

Parking Lotsd

Everything was wonderful, except for the parking. The self-parking lot is too far away from bldg. #2 . Nothing about either parking lots is convenient.

Just Right

The funny thing during our check-in was when the Guest Relation Officer told us that our King room was not available yet and so she would give us the other room at the 12th floor with two Queens. My husband and I said that we would check it first, if we like it, we would then okayed with it. But when we got there, the room has a smell like molds or damped so we came down and told the frond desk. Surprisingly, we were given our King size room immediately. The question was, whey didnt we give our room when we first approached the front desk when it was already available. Kinda vague, huh! Then before checking out at 11am, a service person knocked on our door at 8am to make sure that we check out on time. We are professional individuals, it's okay to be reminded but to knock at our door while we were still sleeping, come on! You could have just slipped a note or called us instead.

the rooms and staff were great but location was crazy and there is a hotel not part of the main hotel which is VERY inconvenient . if you have kids not so great. hotel wasnice and clean and staff was very nice.

Great hotel for the money

Spent 3 excellent days with my wife and kids. We all can't wait to come back.

Great Deal for the Money

If you don't already know, it is quite expensive to do anything related the Disney, including lodging. The price of this hotel is very reasonable. As you may know, all hotels on Disney property charges a daily "resort fee". This fee and the services related to this fee vary from hotel to hotel. I found this hotel to offer the best "resort fee" related services and the rooms and views where quite exceptional. If I ever stay on Disney property again, I will choose this hotel.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was fantastic. the hotel was clean and very relaxing. To sit on the balcony and enjoy the view was well worth the trip. The hotel staff were very freindly and helpful. I will stay there again.

What a value

For the price we paid the hotel far exceeded our expectations I would highly reccomend this hotel
