Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 75Good Value
Other than not having toothbrush/toothpaste either as a courtesy or for sale after my 2 a.m. arrival, this hotel was a good value for a discounted, on-line rate I received. Room was small but with a kitchenette (fridge and sink), along with a small yet new TV. Single lobby elevator is small and slow, and neighborhood is a bit "sketch" especially at night. However, this revitalized property is a blessing and beacon in the neighborhood, and is well located to the Space Needle, waterfront, and downtown.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 75Great room for the money
Was very pleased with the total price including parking, modem, taxes. Made a trip to Seattle more affordable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Felt safe and clean. Missed a king bed...

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 75Great place to stay, love it!
I have stayed here twice and I really love this Hotel! It has been tastefully done, is young and hip and really cozy. I love how close it is to some fun night life, and great restaurants. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. I hate hotels because alot of times they are cheesy and poorly decorated, but when I am at this hotel it reminds me of being in my own home. I really enjoy my stay every time, and will continue to come back to this place!

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 75Good location and price
The inn is within walking distance to Pike's Market, Space Center and Westlake station. Macrina Bakery nearby is great and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Not the most charming neighborhood but ultra-convenient.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 75on the edge of a great neighborhood
This hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable for the price and just 2 blocks from belltown. perfect location for the price. So what if the street it is on is a touch seedy walk a block and save $100.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 75Good location great value
We stayed here because it was right downtown and we could walk anywhere. I figured the lack of air conditioning would not be a problem as the forecast was 66 degrees. We were all surprised when the temp hit 79. Our room faced third street and we did get used to the traffic noise, but it was unseasonably warm. The neighborhood is a little iffy at night. We would stay here again for the great convenience and short walk to everything. Staff was great

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 75Nice hotel, not nice location
This is a hotel which looks great online but very different when you get there. No problems with the place itself-clean, a business center to check email, microwave and fridge if I wanted to use it...and it was close to the light rail, Pike Market and Space Needle. The problem here is the neighborhood. The ongoing construction didn't help, but an awful vacant lot next door, poorly lit street and homeless people and prostitutes in full view. The dive bar across the street didn't help attract a great crowd either. Unless you are in your 20's and don't care, spend the extra money and stay at a recognized chain in the retail part of town. This place charged more than what the atmosphere should have allowed, although if it charged less the crowd would likely be worse..

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 75Needs Air
Enjoyed our stay, it was good for the rate. Needs air in the room, if you can't sleep because of noise like me it;s not a place for you the street is noisy if you open the window to let the cool air in.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 75Great room for the money
Overall the hotel was nice. 3rd street was pretty noisy so if you ended up getting a room on that side of the hotel I think it would not be a pleasant stay (since there is not air conditioning we needed our windows open). Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. They allow pets and we just happened to be there one night when the inter courtyard because loud at night because there were dogs barking. Location was great...very easy to walk to the different Seattle sights and nice that it wasn't in the middle of city congestion. FYI-there were some seedy people around that part of town but it didn't feel dangerous.
