Awesome heated pool

The room was VERY CLEAN and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, excellent internet connection and speed. Pillow-top beds are GREAT! Good size room with fridge and microwave. I would definately stay again. If you are sensitive to chlorine, use caution in pool, otherwise very refreshing and relaxing. Complimentary coffee and popcorn was extra special (candy too)!Great place to stay!!!

good room for the money

overall low occupancy was a little depressing. Hot tub jets needs attention each day by staff. Jets did not turn on with the timer knob. Would again consider Bell Hotel on next trip.

Great Hotel, But needs improvement

Hotel is the great hotel i been to, but there were some minor issue that needed improvement, the problem was that shower head which need to be changed out in rooms 137/138, also the shower handle in both these room need to be more easier to operate than trying to fight with it to work. But overall the service and quality were great.

palm paradise hotel

had a wonderful time, jana and her husband run a efficient operation, nice and quite. Beds were great, aircondition keep use kool all night and it was hot outside 108 sometimes. The pool is my favorite lol, nice and clean and the most beautiful palm trees in phoenix. Very close to the race track and shopping. Great restaurants also. they are pet friendly with a pet walk and, karlie is great with all animals especially EVIL CHICHIHUAS LOL.

IT WAS GREAT!

The hotel let me check in three hours early which was great. The bed was so comfortable. the set up of the room was better than what I thought. It was super Quite i will stay there again.

smells like cigarette smoke

my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. the ice machine was broke and it was over 100 degrees everyday.

needs improvement

our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. the ice machine was done, with no eta. it was hot in phoenix. cheap, but not worth it.

Great Room, Great Service

This hotel was an older building but had recently renovated. The rooms were clean and the service was great. I would definatley stay there again!

Just okay

A/C was too noisy, I couldn't really rest nor could my children. Other than that I guess it was okay.
