Since I am a regular at this property, I feel somewhat qualified to rewiew all areas of amenities provided.. The resounding trait is that service and the people who provide this in every facet is the best I have seen from all downtown hotels, period....... The hotel has an inate ability to make you feel very much at home while being professional in care...

I haven't experienced this level of hospitality in many, many years - from the front desk to the Bell Capt and Housekeeping.
