Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa

Fabulous room!

We had the 2 bedroom bi-level and it was great! Comfortable. Loved the third bathroom!! Smelled a little like someone had cooked fish in it recently, but that smell went away once we opened the windows for a little while.

Very Nice Hotel

The staff was very friendly and the room was great. The only downside is that it had a Murphy bed and I wasn't expecting to pull out the bed from the wall. It was not as comfortable as a regular bed, but the room in itself was great.

Very good hotel

Enjoyed the location and the view of the Grand Tetons. Everything was within walking distance. Close to the National Park.

Not a good experience

the location of this hotel is great, but there are many other hotels close by. For the price i expected better service and front desk staff. we booked this hotel over other available ones because it has 2 outdoor hottubs, including one on the roof. i called several times to make sure they were open and useable for our trip. when we checked in nothing was said about them being closed, but both were closed, not one but both. we explained why it was so important to us and nobody cared at all. we did not feel important here, we spent a lot of money to stay here but recieved very poor service. also my wifes swimsuit was left in the bathroom. nobody at the hotel will address the issue and help us find it or get it back. I will stay at another hotel in Teton Village next time.

Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa

This hotel is amazing! If you go int he winter, be sure to go to the rooftop spa. The floors are heated and you can sit in the spa and look out at the Teton Mountain Range. It was wonderful and I will be going back to this lodge some day. It is expensive but worth it! We were only there for one night and we wished that we had booked more nights here. The lifts are right next door and they skiing was great!

A fun & Comfortable Hotel

A short walk from the ski lifts to the ski valet only added to the comfort and fun of the hotels sauna and spa, and rooftop hot tub. We'll be back!

Studio Room

Our room was very nice - very cozy. We had the studio which had a murphy bed. That was the only thing we didn't like. When it was down for sleeping it took over the room making it difficult to use the balcony. Also not much room to get in/out of the bed if you were on the side nearest the wall. The bed itself was comfortable but we would not do this particular layout again. Otherwise the room was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable. Staff were all VERY PLEASANT and very willing to help. Always had a smile & a hello. We highly recommend staying here, but don't do the studio with murphy bed.

Great Hotel with Exceptional service....

The only bad thing that I can say about my stay at the Teton Mountain Lodge is that I only stayed there for one night. I wish that my stay would have been longer. This hotel is top notch with great rooms and a fantastic staff. I did not use any of their spa facilities so I can't comment on them but surely they must be top notch also. If I ever go back to Jackson Hole I will be looking first at this hotel. I highly recommend the Teton Mountain Lodge for anyone interested in staying there. I'm positively sure that you will like it too. I give this hotel five stars.

Beautiful facility with wonderful mountain views.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the Cascade Restaurant was excellent. The unit, which included a great kitchen and living area, was very comfortable and accommodating. The first floor work-out room, pool and jacuzzi were great. The roof top jacuzzi, with the view of the mountains was a super treat. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the spa, but it looked beautiful and relaxing.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed at the Lodge for two nights with my fiancee. Nice "lodge" style lobby. Rooms were of expected size, the bed was very comfortable, and the tub in the bathroom was huge! Very friendly service and less than 5mins walking distance from the gondola. Also enjoyed the roof-top hot-tub and steam room in the spa. Overall a very pleasant experience - would stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

There was no bed in the room!

This was a planned business trip. After arriving at the hotel at 11:30 PM, there was only a Murphy Bed in the hotel room. There was only 6 cars in the parking lot, so availability was not an issue. According to the site, the hotel is 4 miles from the airport when in fact they are 40 minutes away.

"Fantastic Hotel, but....think twice about going in the summer."

My mother and I stayed in the Teton Mountain Lodge for 4 nights in October. The hotel and accomodations were lovely. This was our first stay in Teton Village. The location was great, but be aware that during the summer/fall months that there are few restaurants or stores open and the ones that are have VERY limited hours. Our biggest complaint was the loud noise from neighboring construction projects that went on from dawn until dusk 7 days a week. On a minor note, the refigerator in the room was also loud. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, except people who like to sleep in.
