We like this place

The location is super convenient in terms of its proximity to ASU and thingd to do. The rooms were clean and the service good.

It's a place to sleep

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's great because it's in downtown tempe mill ave. The hotel is pretty old and could use a upgrade. At night they put the place on lockdown so don't matter where you park you will be walking around the building to get to your car. Rooms are pretty small for the price compared to other places arond there.

Great Hotel

Everything was wonderful during my stay at the hotel. It is in the heart of the ASU complex with great places to shop and eat in the near by vacinity. The only complaint that I have is that I left an item of clothing in the closet and they were not at all helpful in helping me retreive it. I called the next day and was assured they would check and get back to me. It is 3 days later and still no word about my dress. This reflects poorly on their customer service.

Great hotel, great location & newly remodeled

Stayed for 5 nights while moving our daughter into the ASU dorms. Location is excellent walking distance to Mill Avenue and campus. Will stay again - in fact reserved another stay while we were there.

Great Hotel

If you want to be in the heart of Tempe this is a great place to stay. I was really impressed by the room too. It was the little things. Sliding door to the bathroom, really cool paint colors. Drawers slid out where the coffee machine was. Minus a stove, it almost felt like an apartment/studio. The pool is on the second floor so you actually have a bit of a view of all the surrounding buildings. Great Irish bar is right behind the hotel. All the action on 5th and Mill is just next door. Breakfast bar was really good too. Reasonable. $13.95, including waffle and omelete station. You also get free Ben and Jerry's ice cream bars and/or Klondike bars. woo hoo!
