Good stay for the money

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its worth of the money.

Good for a Cheap Place to Crash

We stayed at this hotel last year and this year for Halloween. The only time we spent in the room was pre-partying and coming back to crash and sleep. The room is pretty beaten down, but the location is walking distance to the Crystal Bay Casino and if all you are looking for is a bed to crash in, this place is a good value. It does not pretend to be anything more than it is. I would stay here in the future, but I might bring a sleeping bag next time.

For the money best value

For the money you cannot beat it. I am frugal and I enjoyed staying there. Nothing great nothing bad to say

Good value room for one night stay

Good location, cheap rate but mattress is very soft. Hotel is run down but they provide coffee and nutri bar at the lobby for guests.

Rent by the Hour Hotel

Did not feel comfortable enough to even stay the (1) night I booked and paid for. Would not stay there with my children -Run down -No A/C -Back entrance doors not secured -Room door w/o auto-lock -Pool Out-of-Service -Smelled like animals (cats) -Furniture apholstery had visible rips & tears -Patio rooms on second floor **Unsafe Railing** -

Decent hotel for the price

Stayed here for the first storm of the season. After reading the reviews, I actually expected the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. The queen patio rooms (single story building) are large and comfortable. Yes, there is a lot of "deferred maintenance" at the hotel - do not go here expecting a honeymoon spot. If minor things like water stains, poor caulking and a quirky heater bother you, you may be disappointed. But if you're looking for a clean room in a good location at a reasonable price, the Tahoe Inn delivers.

extremely dishonest

There was a dead spider in the bed. There was no microwave or coffemaker in the room. When we opened the door in the morning there were mens dirty underwear. and when I tried to voice my concerns they werent even interested. I would not reccomend this place to an animal. Very unruthful, Make excuses instead of trying to rectify the problem and theres nothing in the rooms (except that dead spider and a tv) without even a working remote

Wow

I laughed out loud when I walked into my room. Thank god I was just looking for a cheap room off the freeway to sleep in on a long drive. It is in a great location just above the north shore of the lake. The large room looked like an oversized version of my room at camp. And it looked as though nothing had been done to it in 25 years. I was afraid to stand in the shower in bare feet. And the room stunk. Wow this place was dirt cheap and I'm not sure I wasn't overcharged.

Needs extreme improvement!

Disrepair older hotel. Dirty carpet. Dirty room. A real lousy place.

Bad Choice!

We did not get the balcony we booked. There was No WIFI. It was very Dirty. The sink was so falling apart, we did not dare fill it up. The front desk was not helpful. This was NOT a good choice even at a low rate. Consider twice (or more) before staying here.
