    Great location and staff BUT be aware that Swissotel has like5 different types of rooms, and each and every single time I am checked into a room that has two singlebeds, or the AC is not working properly or the tv is not working properly ( one night I was stuck with BW tv!)....if you complain the staff is quick and responsive, but it seems they are told to try to get those "low class" rooms filled up first....they don't see what this behavior is doing to their reputation! Restaurant, pool, gym and location are great! Last time I checked in and said I only care for a nice bed and good working AC (it was 2am) and forgot to say "good tv too"...well that is when I woke up watching CNN in BW...so instead of staying in bed I was changing rooms at 10am (I complained earlier than that, but it took a while to "find" a room with all 3 bullets working properly).
