Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 301Good for the price
the only think that bothers is that many trucks pass by the main street and it's kind of loud, otherwise is fine.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 301Not Good for Wifi
My only request was wifi. Unfortunately, this hotel's wifi connection had issues 3 out of 4 nights during my stay. The connection could not be maintained, or there was so much traffic on the line that you could not connect to any internet content. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean and the furnishings were not bad. Creature comforts were a bit missing (no coffee maker and never received that complimentary newspaper). When I asked for an ironing board, I was told to put a towel on the desk and use it as my ironing board. DVD players are not in the rooms (guess you have to ask for one). If there was something in particular that you felt the hotel offered in their description, I would call the hotel first before making a reservation and make sure of what their policy is. Although I did not bring a pet with me, you should be sure and check out the costs you'll be charged and the room that you will get (they charge an additional daily fee which actually costs more than the room, plus you might be required to take a smoking room; not exactly what I call pet-friendly policies). Location was very convenient to supermarket, shopping, and restaurants.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 301Great room for the price
The hotel is conveniently located near Atlantic City and a variety of local restaurants. This hotel is nothing fancy but if you are looking for a place to just sleep and shower, this suits this type of typical clientele. I have stayed here several times a year for the past few years. It is consistent and very clean. The only improvement that possibly could be made is to block the morning sunlight. Need better shades.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 5 of 301Needs more maintenance
This place doesn't measure up even by the standards of cheap hotel rooms where you basically just spend the night. Almost none of the electrical appliances worked properly in my room. Is it really hard to make sure that at least some of the lamps turn on when you press the switch? The room also had some strange funky odor in it, which was bothersome until I got used to it. In short, even in the same price range, there are better options near Atlantic City.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 301It's a good room for what it costs
Hotel is worth the price. It is in a good location - you can get to Atlantic City easily, but you can also get to other area attractions without a problem. It is clean and decently maintained. I have stayed here twice on trips into NJ and would do so again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 301OK, for the money
Not bad at all, but needs remodeling/updating. We saw more appealing hotel options (newly built or remodeled) on the same street; so there is no reason for improvements not to be made at the Superlodge as well.

The rate was "great" if you are staying one night. It was clean, cozy and close to casinos. It had a fridge!

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 301Room for Improvement
Dead/smashed flies and cobbwebs on windowsill, broken table leg on desk, clammy feeling rug, hair from prior customers on bathroom floor, permanent closet hangers protrude out of closet so you can't close doors, commuter train within 20 yards of hotel and particulary disturbing to rooms 118, 119, 218 and 219. Train zooms by every 15-30 minutes very loud and feeling of danger prevailed everytime. No HBO channel found, no wireless internet access, no continental breakfast as stated. Nice size mini refridgerator and nice microwave. Though fridge hummed loudly.

Great hotel for the price. I have been to several hotels outside of Atlantic City, and have usually been disappointed in the quality of the room. For the price, this is the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed in when going to Atlantic City.

We took the bus from New York to Atlantic city with the kids. When wre got to superlodge there was a bus that took you right into atlantic for only $1.90 per adult and the kids was free. The pool was nice.I would like to stay there with the kids again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 301Great room for the location and money
This hotel offers you a clean, safe, affordable accommodations in a close proximity to AC approximately ten minute drive to most casinos. There is a NJ Transit bus stop twenty yards from motel office if you wish not to drive into the casinos. If you are looking for high class, plush accommodations that you may receive for three times the price elsewhere, then you should look to spend the extra money at those hotels. There are many restaurants and fast food establishments close by the hotel to eat. Remember you have a refrigerator and microwave in each room great for drinks,snacks,etc.. There is a major grocery store across the street, which helps you in keeping the cost of the stay down.
