Very Surprised

I had never stayed in a Super 8 before but I will again. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accomodating. The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I will definitely stay at this hotel each time I visit Salisbury NC.

Super 8 Slisbury is a great place to stay.

Absolutly, a nice place to stay. If you are looking for a decent place to stay. The receptionist is friendly and very accommodating. I will stay there again, if ever I go there....++++++

Better than I expected

very clean hotel and good room overall for the rate. The bed was really hard and there was a sign on the bathroom door that said that the door had to remain shut while showering or the fire sprinkler would be activated. That made me a little nervous.

Needs Improvement

The condition of the room compared to the rate was expected however the other reviews left me expecting more. This hotel is run of the mill with no frills. My room was basic but the overall condition was bad. The bathroom smelled heavily of mold and the HVAC unit was not clean. These items heavily irritated me during the week and left me recovering over the weekend once I left. I do not expect to go to a hotel and leave sick due to the room conditions. I would not totally discount the hotel. However I would caution you to the possible conditions if you are to stay there.

Much Better Than Expected

I have stayed at Super 8's before so I didn't expect much. This motel really surprised me, especially how friendly and accomodating the hotel staff were. Good deal for the money.

Good Value

I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The bed was pretty hard and the traffic noise from I-85 was somewhat annoying. However, I found it a great value and would stay there again when I'm in the area.

very impressed

I was very impressed with this hotel, considering it was a motel 8 (not that there was anything wrong with that)The room was more spacious then I expected and the free continental breakfast was a plus. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was there was no elevator. We had a 2nd floor room and it was a pain to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was very nice.

Not fancy but clean and friendly

One of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. High speed internet a little pokey, but reliable and useful.

Helpful Staff

Though no non-smoking rooms were available, the desk clerk allowed me to choose which smoking room I thought was least offensive to my sensitive sinuses.

Fair room, for a fair price

The pool area really seemed like a sauna, I could not sit in there and watch my kid swim, my wife sat alone. Could anything be done to make it feel less like a sauna?
