Please Don't Stay Here

I was assured multiple times from this establishment that they would have parking for my van and trailer ( I called twice prior to arrival). Upon arrival, this was not the case. I was not able to stay due to these circumstances and Super 8 refused to refund my money because it was past 3PM. I have called the establishment several times only to be given the run around from the GM. I have even taken this issue up to corporate. The letter they've furnished me with states "please feel free to contact the owner/representative..." I have tried several times with no call-back.

Not Bad for the Money

-Very friendly staff -Reasonably clean -Handy location to the airport and convention center -A good place to sleep and shower if you want to save a few ucks

FRIENDLY STAFF

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. OUR ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND PRICED RIGHT. THE MORNING BREAKFAST WAS NICE BUT SIMPLE. JUST THE BASICS BUT ADEQUATE. VERY NICE STAFF AND GREAT AT HELPING WITH DIRECTIONS TOO. OVERALL A GOOD STAY AND WE WILL RETURN AGAIN FOR SUBSEQUENT VISITS TO THE CHICAGO AREA.

good for its price

I am satisfied with Super 8. Its rate and service are good. Super 8 offers guests nice breakfast, which our family likes very much.

Needs Improvement

There was insufficient parking, air conditioner did not work (on a hot summer evening)!!!!!!!!

Some Good, Some Bad

My main complaint about this hotel is the humidity level. I visited in the hight of summer heat and humidity, but the humidity in my room was almost worse than outside. The bed and carpet felt somewhat damp. Had this problem not existed, my overall satisfaction with the room was much higher. This is a good location for access to the Blue Line, with the Rosemont station less than five minutes away. Parking at the hotel was not a problem.

Needs work

The Super 8 Rosemont O'Hare had decent service but needs work when it comes to cleanliness. The bath area had a few hairs in it when I arrived. Although the tub was clean, it had old stain marks on the flooring that were not properly cleaned and as a result, became permanent. A hotel should look aesthetically pleasing and this had some work to be done.

Good for the price

For the price the place is reaaly good. Room was clean. Parking space is limited. Only problem at the hotel was internet connection , i needed it for my work but somehow the techinal support was never able to get things done for me. Apart from this i guess the place is good.

Nice place overall

Stayed just for one night but very clean room and courteous service.

Helpful staff

Everyone on staff was very helpful. Cabs arrived quickly when called. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the room price was very affordable. Parking was limited.We had to take a cab to get someting for breakfast. Complimentary breakfast would have been much better had there been milk to go with the cereal. All in all we had a good stay.
