The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the lady at the reception desk was very helpful & kind. It was a little hard to find as it is hidden behind a restaurant, but all in all I was very pleased.

We have stayed at Super 8's before and they are okay, but this was far and away much better than any Super 8 I have seen. It definitely needs to classified with much higher classifications of hotel. Everything there was brand new and high quality from the beds to high definition tv. The staff were also a delight. I would recommend to anyone.

I just returned from a business conference in Hartford and stayed at this hotel to avoid paying higher prices at downtown Hartford hotels. I was very happy with my stay. The person staffing the front desk went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is literally just off I-91, so it's very easy to get into Hartford and specifically the Connecticut Convention Center, where my conference was. You can even walk to two restaurants from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a no-frills, comfortable, clean place to stay in Hartford. And I appreciated the continental breakfast!

I was in town visiting the parents, and was thankful to have found this place on the internet. It was an easy choice - other places were offering less for almost twice the price - I thought it was a booking error! It just opened, so everything smelled clean and sterile. I travel often for business and stay in many 3-4 star places, but was shocked to learn this place had a PC with wireless printer fax - so I left my laptop in the car. Enjoyed dinner with an old girlfriend at one of the restaurants on site - nice to not worry about driving for once. Staff was helpful. I had an issue with the TV and the manager came up to resolve it within 15 mins. Pretty cool guy - family business. I overslept! Making this my regular stop between boston and new york. Can't wait to try a suite on the 2nd floor....this place should definitely have higher star rating.
