The hotel was very clean and in a very good location.It was close to downtown and to Sea world. The only bad thing about this hotel was the fact that i got charged 20bucks for towels that i gave to the housekeeping ladies and they just magically disappeared and i had to pay for them Thats what made me a very Unsatisfied customer

The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the staff. The room was very small and did not smell good at all. The beds were the most uncompfortabble beds we have ever slept in. The cont. breakfast was not good at all. The milk was hot, the o.j. was flat and only had a few items. Unless you just need somewhere to stay (not sleep at)I would not suggest you stay here at all.

To describe this hotel in one word, I'd say, "old!" Noting wrong with aging things as long as they age gracefully, which this hotel is not. The hotel was under renovation, so one side was completely covered in black lining. The hallway reminded me of the one from the shinning, I kept expecting to see Jack jump out and say, "Here's Johnny!" The hotel was way too close to the highway, I heard every single hot rod, motorcycle and 18-wheeler that passed by. The back door had a safety lock on it in which you were to use your room key to access the hotel, but it was broken, so anyone could have come in as they pleased. The remote did not work, so when I called the front desk I had to get programming instructions for it. Coffee maker didn't work, maintenance had to come up and fix it. The list goes on... If I have to say one good thing, the bed slept comfortably, Just like grandma's mattress from 20 years ago, you know, the one that's broken in...
