Super 8 Motel - Cromwell/Middletown

AWESOME

I just LOVE staying at SUPER 8 MOTEL. All the employees were very nice and very helpful. I woul love to have the mattress that was on our bed. It wa nice and SOFT and COMFY I wanted to stay one more night just to stay in bed. Even the other guests staying there were quiet. IT WAS GREAT!!! The neatess thing was my friend who we were visiting lived right around the corner from the hotel. I have NO complaints. Thank You very an OUTSTANDING stay. I hope the Super 8 Motel we stay at in Florida is just as rememberable. God Bless

My most amazing stay!!!

This super 8 was the most amazing place to stay. Sure, it wasn't the newest hotel around, but the service and cleanliness of the establishment was 5 star. One could see that the entire staff took pride in their work. The house keeping staff was second to none. I looked for something to be dirty, just because I was in amazement of the place, and I couldn't find anything. The desk attendees were friendly and sincere. I would highly recommend this Super 8 to anyone visiting the area

Great for your money

Hotel was clean, better than I expected. Hotel staff was very friendly in giving information about nearby attractions. Housekeeping ladies did not hassle you about what time your were leaving so they could clean the room. Great choice for they money I paid. Cheap, but not ran down.

clean enough and pleasent enough for my stay. that was all that mattered.

better than I expected

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night as I as a layover for a business trip. The hotel was better than I expected. The lady at the sheck in desk was very friendly and polite. Free breakfast (bagel, muffins etc) was offered. The rooms were equipped with microwave and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and a very nice size. there was a mcdonalds across the street and a pizza joint..I think there was something else I cant remeber.Not very convenient If you dont drive. It doesnt have much in the surroundings. But for the price, it was well worth it. Was actually on par with many a holiday inns and Ramadas that I have stayed

Pleasent, clean room, convenient to restaurants, coffee in room, coffee & rolls for breakfast, at a good price!

Great room, the front desk was great, and the only thing lacking was the breakfast. But I got the best price for a room and it had three beds!

Great Staff

My stay at Super 8 for the most part was pretty good, although my car had been broken into over night. The hotel front desk worker and the hotel manager where very sympathetic and extremely helpful in assisting me with my minor setback. As far as the hotel room itself, it was pretty good. My only suggestion is to have a iron and ironing board in the room. The free continental breakfast was suprisingly nice. I would stay there again, but will park my car in the front of the building. Lesson learned.

Not bad for the price

It was a good deal compared to other hotels in the area. There are restaurants and stores nearby, but no sidewalks and the roads are very busy...so the hotel is fine, but you probably won't want to walk to anything nearby.

Unhappy Camper

I asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room - I paid for 2 nights and the hotel canceled the smoking room and only gave me a new room for only 1 night after I pitched a fit. They refused to reinstate my second night and told me I had to call Hotel.com which I had already done when they gave me a smoking room. I did call them back because I thought I had lost my hotel resevation sheet.

Good for what you pay

This was not a bad place to stay. The inexpensive price, and convenient location was a big plus. The only thing I disliked about the room was the odor. It smelled musty and a little unclean, but other than that we had no issues.
