Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 7needs help
this seems to be a weekend party hotel. the front desk staff is very young, and did not do anything about the party going on just down from the front desk. i had a job to do and needed to rest. i would not recomend this hotel.

This was a really great hotel for the money.The room was nice and spacious. I had taken my children to the livestock show about 15 minutes away. When we came back that night, our a/c wasn't working. I called front desk and the gentlemen was there IMMEDIATELY! He then went back to the office and called me IMMEDIATELY to give me the room # of our other room! He then reassured me that if I had any other problems he'd fix them to make my stay the best it can be! The a/c was cold, the room very clean, beds were comfortable, the price was right and staff friendly. What more could you ask for?

The triple room is basically two double beds and a cot wheeled in. The room was very small, but we certainly didn't plan on spending lots of time in the room and we booked it the day before our arrival. The lobby is comfy and inviting and smells surprisingly lovely.

#1 For the entire stay -- 5 nights -- the ice machine was totally out of order, even after the front desk was informed -- the first day we arrived and twice after that -- that it was out of order. #2 Breakfast -- it was a joke: the "attendant" appeared to be actually one of the housekeeping staff. Not that that's a big deal, but she was hardly ever in attendance in the breakfast room, the food supplies quickly dwindled and were not replenished. Fortunately, there was a MacDonald's just 1/2-block away, so help was near. #3 Front desk: At no time while we stayed here -- 5 nights -- did there ever seem to be a manager on site. Definately a sub-adequate property which we will NOT be staying at again!

Almost perfect if an iron/ironing board is added! That is the only reason it doesn't qualify for a business trip. The pool is beautiful and the staff was super friendly and accomodating. Great hotel!

This hotel has large clean rooms. The staff was very accomadating. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. It was kin of skimpy. But overall it's a great place and my family will definetely repeat our stay there.
