It was OK

The hotel was nice the only problem we had with the entire hotel stay was the beds. We had 2 double beds. Both beds you could feel the springs and they squeeked everytime you rolled over. They need to replace the mattresses. The hotel staff were very helpful and courtious. The rooms were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice although they might want to expand the breakfast room for more seating. Over all it was OK.

Far exceeded what I expected from a Super 8 Hotel

My only issue with the hotel was the Internet which while I was on the third floor and just above the office was spotty and I had to go downstairs at times to get a clear signal. Otherwise, my stay and the hotel staff exceeded my expectations. The shuttle service was the best in the Grapevine area given all of the hotels that I visited during a confernece that I attended. Kudos to the friendliness and courtesy of the drivers!

Exceeded My Expectations

It was my first visit to a Super 8. I had read the other reviews prior to booking here and I was a little concerned. I had packed earplugs; but even on the middle floor, I did not need them. The room was very clean and the hotel was within walking distance of Salt Grass barbecue and Schlotsky's. It was very convenient to the airport even for a person who has difficulty following maps and following instructions from a GPS.

WONDERFUL TIME

THIS MOTEL WAS GREAT FOR US. WE WERE GOING TO THE NASCAR RACES AND IT WAS WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE TRACK. GREAT RESTURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

5 star service at a 2 star hotel

I realize that we paid the super 8 price so I wasnt expecting a whole lot. The staff at the hotel far exceeded my expectations. Their Airport Pickup and shuttle service was excellent. A shuttle came before but it was for the super 8 irving we got on that one and it dropped us off at the wrong hotel Super 8 Grapevine actually came and picked us up at the other hotel and took us to the correct one. All hotel staff were extra courteous and were willing to do whatever they could to make our stay better. If trying to save a few bucks on your trip but want great service I'd definitely recommend them.

Noisey and dirty

This room was not clean and the carpets with aweful. Dogs barking all hours of the night both nights and the guest above me sounded like there was a football game taking place. Got no rest and when called the front desk, no action was taken. i will never stay there again nor would I recommend others to a Super 8. Very unsatisfied.

Not bad for the money

Room was small and had a stale odor. The bedspreads had definitely seen better days. The shower was adequate. The location was great and there were many activities and restaurants close by. The pool did not look very clean. It had a lot of leaves in it. The staff was courteous.

Great value and Great service

This hotel is a short 5 minute drive from DFW. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant, the rooms very clean and plenty of food choices within walking distance. We used the the hotel airpot shuttle, and how refreshing it was to have a such a freindly driver. I will definately use this hotel on furture stays
