Great Deal for Budget Spender

Stayed here because of the price. The hotel had a very strong smell of curry. A nice Indian family seemed to own the place. The smell was in the hallways and slightly in the room. Room was OK but nothing to write home about. Internet connection worked but was disconnected several times. Easy access to the highway and Esters Blvd. Great access to DFW using a back road that runs behind the hotel strip.

Jacuzzi King Suite

Stayed there because it was close to airport, and they had a shuttle. Payed the extra money for a jacuzzi suite, but the jets on the jacuzzi wouldn't turn on. Felt like I should have just stayed with the king since it was broken.

Great Shuttle Driver

Shuttle service to and from DFW was very good. Driver particularly helpful and freindly.

Great room for the money

Room seemed clean -- except for stained carpeting. Bed was very comfortable. Noice was not an issue, convenient to the airport. Would stay again.

Neds improvement

Not at all satisfied. Room door did not lock on the 1st room, moved to another, and the door wouldn't open. Had to move to a 3rd room before being able to set my luggage down. TV remote didn't work. Hard to get back and forth to my room with the smell in the hall ways. Sat down the first morning to have breakfast and the milk was sour. Waited and they replaced it with more sour milk. Next morning same thing. 3rd morning finally fresh milk. It I hadn't prepaid and I was going to loose a night for cancellation I would have left after the 1st night

Nice stay in a reasonably priced, conveniently located and quiet room. Staff seemed very friendly.

Unacceptable

I stayed in room 208. There was severe water damage in the bathroom. The top of the shower had water rings from flooding. Paint was peeling from walls in several locations. The worse part was the toilet was sinking through the floor and the ceramic tiles were broken and loose and the toilet rocked back and forth due to the damage. I told the front desk about all the problems and they did not seem too worried about it. I ask for an adjustment on my room rate and they told be basically too bad I should have said something the night before. I would have if I had not came in so late and did not see the damange until the next morning. This room should not even been rented. It was that bad.
