This is a very nice hotel for the price. Our only complaint was that the key just randomly wouldn't open the door and we had to keep getting new key cards. The pool was nice and clean. Definately would stay there again. Good price.

Bath tub would not drain, bathroom door was hanging on one hinge, massive stains on the walls, the mattress was yellow, chairs had massive stains and cigarette burns....

Where to begin? Not easy to get to, heard the banging of hammers due to the renovations they were doing. There was NO hot breakfast, (just cheap muffins). The clerk was extremely rude. There was blood on our floor, dirty towels in our shower, and (ick)something splattered all over the bathroom walls. Lastly, it is located in a questionable area of town.

the hotel room was not clean. when we got in the room it was real hot and hd a smell to it. later on when we look around the room we found stains in the room.

My husband and I were just over night and were very pleased with the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast.

The stay was okay, but the man at the counter was rude, they charged us a $20 "deposit" for an iron and almost didn't give us our deposit back. It was in an awkward area. The room wasn't bad and we slept well. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to stay in Dallas though, it IS very close to down town Dallas, but any other attractions are at least a 20 minute drive, and if you don't know your way...well you may end up like us and just stay in your hotel room all day.

If the basket of goodies is complimentary, the welcoming letter should say so. Many hotels have "snacks" in the room and then charge outrageous amounts for them. My children wanted to have the snacks but were not allowed as to know note about the costs.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 13Very, very bad-even for a cheap motel
The sheets seemed to be clean but it was hard to tell. There was not remote for the TV and there were major cigarette burns in the bathroom, around the tub and sink, and on the refrigerator that was in the room. The air conditioning unit worked only have the time. I expected better from a listing that was on hotels.com.
